The sandwiches are amazing! Several options for vegans and gluten intolerant folk. All the meats and cheese and other toppings are freshly sliced right in front of you! The employees are hard-working and give reliable, fast, and friendly service. They’ll put a smile on your face as soon as you walk through the door.

We wanted something different for dinner tonight. Went to Jersey Mike’s. I got a ham and cheese regular size sub. Pretty good. I think it’s better than Subway but not quite as good as Jimmy John’s. It’s all pretty close, though. The parking here isn’t too bad. There are plenty of spots, but you have to cross over a parking lot stretch to get to the door that people park in or fly right through. Definitely look both ways. The staff are nice, but they seem confused, and I have to repeat myself a lot for the order to get done right. I would go back again, but there are some other places that I would go to first. Good food, but not an experience where I was wowed.

Terrible experience. We came in to grab lunch quickly on the way to plans with friends. Maybe 7-8 people in front of us. It took 45 MINUTES to be helped. Even when they got the bread and meat sliced they prioritized 5+ mobile orders before ours. They finally helped us when I nicely called them out for how long we had waited. But this isn’t acceptable. Management needs to redo how online orders work.

The last several times I’ve come to this location my sandwich did not have everything I asked for on it. I ordered a giant veggie tonight (same as always) and it didn’t have the green peppers, it had maybe two banana peppers, no mayo and I asked for extra pickle and it had maybe five on it. It’s very disappointing when you get a veggie (which already cost the same as one with meat) and then it has so few toppings you might as well just be eating bread. Will not go back to this location since something like this has happened several times.

This popular deli shop is located in a busy neighborhood shopping center anchored by a well known Sprouts Food Market — facing Highway 96 or Murfreesboro Road as its known locally. There are a few small tables and chairs for a modest seating area. I imagine most people will order and take out.

This was a horrible experience. It was my husbands birthday and he got a giant sub so he could eat on it for a week. Guess the staff just assumed I was eating the sub too. Did not even ask for my order. When my husband told them I wanted a sub too all employees went into the BACK of the store. Came back about 3 minutes later to have what I assume was the manager to cut the bread for them??? Manager did not even ask me what bread I wanted was going to give me whatever. Since they were being so rude we just got my husbands sandwich and left. Will not be back to this location.

Absolutely horrible experience. In brief, simply just a bunch of teens running the store without any knowledge of what they’re doing. “Management” then comes out to make the subs — because apparently he is the only one who can use the machine to cut the meat? This place needs to be reported to Corporate.

Worst Jersey Mike’s I have ever been too over the years. Run by kids, obvious little training. Dirty environment, inattentive staff, and poorly made sandwiches. Had to laugh when we got home, as we usually trade halves of sandwiches. The kid that cut the sandwich couldn’t even find the center of the sandwich, so he cut it at the end of the sandwich. Will never go back. This was my 2nd visit, giving them a 2nd chance following a bad first experience. It is obvious that management is absent at this JM store.

Wow reading the review from 3 months ago same issue as I have. Every table was dirty. Asked for a rag we were gonna clean it ourselves. Guess things haven’t changed since then. Mind you the place was empty. Better I write the review instead of the Health Department fining you. Get it together at this location.

Was an hour wait time for me to get my food which is fine, I showed up 10 minutes late just to sit in the lobby for 15 more minutes. Not much remorse or any sort of consideration. Will not be back.
