Great service!!! This locations drive through employee was really nice. Whoever assembled the burritos did it in such a strange way that the different ingredients where all separated in different layers which made it a less enjoyable experience. Typically the food is really good. I got the Del Burrito which I really enjoyed ( it’s small enough you definitely need two.) I also got the Epic Cali Bacon Burrito Meal with Carne Asada. That burrito is big and very filling. The combination of flavors are really good. Definitely worth the stop.

I go to this local deltaco a lot. I went through the drive room after a long drive home from vacation with the kids and ordered some items. The items were completely wrong. It’s fine things get mixed up, things happen. I go into let them know that I got the wrong. The gentleman, there proceeded to argue with me and tell me what my order is and then also point to his screen that I can’t see or understand cause I don’t work there. Did not listen to a word I said nor cared that they got the order wrong. Very poor customer experience.

I have been to del taco in south jordan more than once, (can’t seem to learn a lesson). Their website says they open at 8:00 am on Saturdays. I get there at 8:25 to be told they weren’t open yet. I asked why, she said “we have families too!

Del Taco is always good but this one was great for dining in. It’s super clean and they have all of their tables loaded up with hot sauce packets which I love. Really great management and great service.

Very disappointed at this particular del taco. My husband and I visited this location because we recently moved in down the street. We ordered some chicken soft tacos and some crunchy beef tacos. Not only did we not get any chicken tacos but we got all soft beef tacos and some “crunchy” but really soggy. I called the store and they didn’t answer and I called because I knew they closed at midnight. We unfortunately didn’t check our food before we drive off but I didn’t think they could mess it up so bad especially when there were no cars in line at the drive- thru. Very disappointed at this location.

Every time I go here it always seems to be of the Dell taco quality you would expect! I got the $4 faves box, it comes with two value tacos, those classic crinkle cut fries, and a drink, all for 4 bucks! I also ordered another value taco on the side,… all soft shell! Great value! Good job to the staff, I know they work hard!!!

I used to come to this Del Taco for lunch when I worked in the area and really liked it, but my latest two visits – about six months apart – were both bad experiences. The young woman taking my order this latest time seemed new and really untrained, like she didn’t have a mentor helping her. I ended up having to repeat my order multiple times and explain it, even though it was just two meals (ordered by number) with no substitutions, and then I get it to realize they used the wrong chicken, which again feels like a training issue. It took over 10 minutes to get my order together with no communication that it was going to take an extra minute. I get that things sometimes take longer, but that needs to be communicated, especially in fast food. It wasn’t even busy, there was one person inside and one person in the drive thru. In addition, my food was only room temperature when I got it. I don’t think I’ll be back to this location.
