What a delicious experience! These folks were awesome. I asked for the Chicken Saag at a level 8 on the Spicy scale. It was absolutely the best I’d had in years. The garlic naan was splendid as well and I capped it off with a lemonade. Everybody seemed to enjoy this place even the cook and waitress. I could eat this meal every week. Thanks y’all!

This restaurant has very good Indian food. Unfortunately, they only have dine-in on certain days of the week. We’ve been disappointed twice after driving all the way to the restaurant to find out they didn’t have dine-in that day. Their website, Yelp!, Google, and Facebook all showing they are opened for Dine-In, which is very misleading. Don’t you think it’s a good idea to set the right customer expectations?

We were excited about ordering from this restaurant based on the good reviews. A few months ago we ordered multiple dishes and were disappointed with all. The chicken and lamb curries were too watery and somewhat bland. The meat was very tough- either not cooked well or the quality of the meat was subpar! The tandoori chicken seemed to have been warmed up in a microwave- too rubbery. The naan was too thick and the edges were not cooked all the way through. The rice was not good either- which is surprising since how can an Indian restaurant not get the rice right!!

Pita’s Kitchen is one of my favorite restaurants in the SF Bay Area! They are very accommodating with specific requests – and of course the food is amazing! They even did a special delivery of my favorite lentil soup when I sprained my ankle – no charge!!
