The only good thing were the chips as they were warm and yummy. Service was horrible. They ran out of salad dressing, lemonade, forks, napkins, and fajitas. And even though the employees were made aware of the above they made no effort to restock. The tables were dirty and the trash cans were overflowing. I love chipotle but this one was a disappointment.

The food is actually very good, but the prices have gotten obscene, and the staff is obviously pushed to be as chintzy as possible with things like guacamole, despite the constantly rising prices. I really like the food, I just do not appreciate the penny pinching attitude combined with crazy prices.

I absolutely love chipotle and spend way too much money here to not have a well rolled burrito. Stop hiring teenage girls who have not a single clue how to roll a burrito. I can never get a burrito at this location without being asked “is it okay to double wrap?” No, it’s not okay. I don’t get a crazy big or liquidy burrito either. Please train your employees to properly roll a burrito!!

Second time in a month coming here and getting thoroughly disappointed. I’m pregnant and had a craving for tacos from chipotle. Sorry, no tortillas. Fine, I’ll have a bowl instead. Sorry, no Barbacoa. Waited 10 minutes for them to cook some and they gave me a half portion. The girl who helped me seemed like I was her enemy. I’m so over this location. The staff is always rude.

It was super busy but homegirl hooked that meat up! they could barely wrap my burrito closed. I went to a Chipotle in LA not to long ago and they gave me the smallest burrito is ever seen. This location is much better

This doesn’t seem like a hard job. But boy do your employees make it seem like a really hard place to work. Maybe you’re all secretly doing rocket science in the back? Not sure. I am sure that the employees are either just horrible communicators and hate that people eat at their chipotle… or the work conditions are sub par and they’re understaffed. But today there were plenty of employees in there, you were running out of everything and tried to give me less Guac and steak, so the people after me could have some… how can you expect to give me less, but ask me to pay full price. Probably should just close this chipotle down at this point. Bad employees, bad service.

Since when does chipotle charge for a side tortilla? I ordered via app which doesn’t give you the option to add a side tortilla. I have NEVER been charged for a side tortilla to go with my bowl which would be included with a burrito. It was .55 cents and the lady was so rude about it. I had nothing on me since I ordered it for pick up. She could at least have told me for “next time” instead she just shrugged. I frequent Chipotle often and have never experienced this type of customer service over .55 cents.

2611 Vista Way, Oceanside, CA: I ordered a bowl and chips/ queso. The restaurant was filthy and the employees seemed deflated. The chips were inedible, so I called and was on hold for 20 minutes to make a complaint. I never got the email to file the complaint, so I called back and the automated system wouldn’t let me through. Money and time wasted. Combined with reduced portion sizes and other cuts, I’m done. I will never go to Chipotle again. Edited: I tried to file another complaint on the Chipotle website and saved a jpg of my receipt, but the system will not allow an upload.

This location is absolutely terrible!!!! I will never come back to this location. I did not get what I paid for. The lady behind the counter put such little rice and such little protein and when I asked her to put more she said that would be “extra”. I should get my money back at the least!!

Updating my review from 9 months ago. Service has remained horrible. They messed up my previous pick up order by not providing the very expensive double meat I ordered. I decided to order in person. There was a guy ahead of me waiting for someone to complete his order. One worker was struggling with putting on gloves only to wipe the food droppings after she got the gloves on. They were out of fajitas and had to cook more…cool. They were out of CORN completely. Apparently everyone was still too busy, not sure doing what to finish the order toppings. I completed my order then and waited for my fajitas on the side. They said they would let me know when they were ready. I lost track of time waiting only to notice 15 minutes had past and no fajitas. Not even a drink offered while I waited, after multiple inconveniencies. Finally I went and asked about my fajitas, they forgot. I get my fajitas and go out to my car. The bottom of my bowl completely leaked through getting over my clothes and car seat. The cashier was apologetic but the service from start to finish was just bad. I rarely come to this location because there are always so many issues. 2009-2012 it ran well. Since 2012, sh!t show. It is crazy how the few times I do come there are always issues. I never have issues with service at other locations.
