Horrendous customer service! If I could give zero stars, I would. I came in on my lunch break and 4 people were working. No one said anything to me. I spoke and no one spoke back. I spoke louder, at which time a guy looked up, said hey as if I was annoying him, and quickly put his head back down. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt that they are all busy, even though I’m the only customer in there. After about 10 min (and yes, I should have walked out at this time, but being short on lunch, I did not), another guy walks in. Everyone acknowledges him and a girl proceeds to take his order, at which time I stated to her that I had been waiting to place an order. She then tried to say she didn’t see me. Okay, but the other worker did and I spoke loudly. After I stated that, she tried to say she thought I was here for a pickup. Okay, don’t you still need to acknowledge me and give me my order, if that was the case? After finally making my sub, she throws it on the counter. I don’t like confrontation, but I also don’t like rudeness and disrespect. If you don’t have proper customer service, don’t work in an environment that requires it! To the owner and manager of this particular Jersey Mike’s, please train your employees on how to deliver a better customer service experience.
