Decent Fast-food served by mediocre Staff in a depressed Location. Arranged on “Fast-food” Alley with a Burger King, Chipotle and McDonald’s nearby… this Taco Bell does a better-than-average job getting your Order to you Quickly and Correctly; which is typically not the case with the unskilled Labor used to fill in the “Mass Exodus” job slots open these days. I’ve not gotten sick from anything I’ve bought there… and their Food tastes pretty good for Cookie-cutter Tex-Mex cuisine.

Our family of four came in for dinner this evening and after standing at the front counter for at least ten minutes , I finally asked for the manager. The manager Jonathan, refused to serve us and insisted that we use the kiosk or we would not be served. He said he was too busy working the drive thru but yet he spent five minutes telling me how he wasn’t going to serve us. During this another employee came up from the back and started cursing at my wife and I in front of our young daughters. I asked for Jonathan’s boss’ contact information and he said he’s not going to tell me and that I was lucky he even told me his name. Ultimately, he just walked away and we left in disgust. We were the only people inside and as we walked out the other employee came out behind us still running his mouth.

There was no one in line at the drive thru and they turned me away claiming a 30 minute wait, I was unable to get food with cash in hand. This place also has a tendency to charge prices NOT listed on the menu, either change your ways for close this rat hole down.

Food was cold and I asked for no lettuce or tomato. And my Doritos taco looks as if it was at the bottom of the bag of chips all broken into pieces. Was asked what sauce I would like and never received either.

Went here tonight and everything was top grade. My tacos were filled with a lot of meat and extras . The nacho grande had tons of meat and cheese. Keep up the good work. I feel like I got my moneys worth tonight. Thank you!

What are we paying $28 for? There’s no longer a lettuce shortage and every taco bell I ever been to in the state of NJ never even puts enough meat to cover the bottom of the shell. God forbid if you want a taco with meat on it. For the price of all fast food, not just this particular chain, you might as well as order take out from any restaurant. Same prices, more food. Google wouldn’t give me the option of uploading pics. I paid $28 for lettuce, 6 soft shells, 6 Dorito shells, a table spoon of cheese and if I’m generous with the meat portion, 2 table spoons of meat for 12 tacos…..

Extremely bad service, workers are rascist and uneducated, my order was incomplete and when I asked for my missing items that I paid extra for, they got aggresive, started yelling and cursing at me and kicked me out without giving me my drinks and other items. They should get drug tested. I hope the manager sees this and checks the security cam videos. That happened yesterday around 10 to 1030 pm . Management need to make some changes.

Hippie Kid at the window wouldn’t let me order a Baja blast at the window he said I had to pull around again but I wanted it at the window why couldn’t he just sell it to me from the window there was no one behind us in line. The window would’ve been just fine because I could see through my car window into the window that there was a cash register there inside the window.
