If I could give zero stars I would. I cannot begin to tell you how absolutely disappointing this meal was. We ordered a Double Decker burger and it was just bun, meat and cheese. They totally forgot the lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion AND sauce. Also ordered a side of Fiesta Nachos and it looks like they went over to the next veggie isle, chopped some old lettuce up and put it over a bed of Hy-Vee brand stale tortilla chips. Meat was cold. The burger cost $13.49 and it should have been worth $6.49 at best. On top of all that, when you pay for your over priced meal it doesn’t come with drinks. Wild horses couldn’t bring me back. The only positive thing I can say is the basket the fries came in was kind of cute.

Sadly, I have to say that I was really disappointed with my visit. We visited for a family birthday so we had a party of 9 kids and 7 adults. While they were willing to pull tables together for us, the vibe was that we were really inconveniencing them. We did not realize that this was essentially a fast food restaurant with a bar and it was explained that we needed to place our orders, except for alcohol, at the little kiosk in the front. We had 2 elderly family members with limited mobility so for the sake of avoiding a huge walk, we parked in back near the “pick up” door and that’s where we entered so we hadn’t seen it yet. We might have just decided to leave then, but we were there and the birthday girl had been looking forward to checking the place out so we stayed. We asked if they had menus so we could figure out the kids’ orders before we went up front. They provided 5 menus to be shared among us and we set about trying to take down all the kids’ orders so the adults could order for them. After we had been wrestling with this for about 20 min, a different waitress approached us and said since we were such a big party, they would take our orders at the table. Why it took 20 minutes to offer this is beyond me. We ordered appetizers to be shared among the table and were surprised that when they arrived no plates were provided to put them on. Apparently the idea is to keep continually passing and taking 1 at a time? The fried pickle chips were good but there sure weren’t many. The cheese curds were tiny and again not a big portion. A family member had ordered a 22oz beer from the bar and when it was delivered by the bartender it was the 16oz. He set it down and walked away in the middle of being asked about the mistake. Very poor service on his part. The entrées were ok. Just ok. The portions, except for the tenderloin sandwich, were small for the price. I kept thinking about another burger place with comparable prices but much better food and larger portions and wishing we had gone there. We wouldn’t have had to fetch our own sodas or be crammed so close together and taking orders table side is their regular practice. Overall, the experience was inconvenient and annoying. We paid too much for too little and I won’t be visiting again.

For as much hype there is for their burgers my expectations were shot down at first bite. I can’t imagine how much money they are losing on their tap beer as it always pours out more foam than beer and it’s been like that for ages. Money down the drain for them.

What an unfunny joke. Started out waiting at the bar while the bartender had her back to me for 10+minutes. My girlfriend left to order food while I waited. I finally got her attention and she fetched my beer and the smallest soda cup I’ve ever seen. After that fiasco, I joined up with my girl to order food. We waited another 10+ minutes while the cashier struggled mightily with the POS (which probably doesn’t stand for point of sale). The manager finally advised us our meal is going to be free and that we could wait in the dining area. Wait we did. For another near half-hour. I never got my food, we left, and they double-charged us!

I ordered a chicken breast sandwich with no onion tanglers and a side salad. They came out with 2 full size salads, a chicken Caesar and a house salad. I told them I ordered a chicken sandwich. They took the Caesar salad back but left me no dressing for the other salad. My mom was done eating her meal by the time they came back with my food which all they did was take the cut up chicken that was on the Caesar salad and put it on a bun with a ton of onion tanglers that I requested to be left off. I couldn’t even pick up the sandwich as all of the chicken pieces were falling out of it. I had to go in to get another order of drinks, we were not checked on once the whole time we were on the patio (and it was NOT busy). How nice though, they gave me a 10% discount which came to a little over a dollar off my bill. I shouldn’t have been charged at all for my meal. We will not be going back.

I really wanted to like this place. However, they mixed my order up with someone else and only brought out half my order. I ended up unknowingly feeding my kid my meal (I’ve never eaten there before so I didn’t know what to expect for my or his meal) I had to eat the mini sliders and cold fries (even though it was the last meal to come out the fries were not good, very cold).

The person at the register however nice, but slow, asked for burger with out onions and burger came with onions on it. When I expressed i ordered with out onions she told me to just take it off the burger ok , so if you are expecting what you ordered be prepared to be disappointed.

I love mark wahlburg as an actor amazing person. Tho I always wanted to eat at your restaurant I came in the side door by the bar bartender was very nice told me I could sit at the tables but when we were ready to order we had to go to the counter where the register area was this is not the bar side so we were ready and went to go order there was two people standing In front of the register I was with my wife and son we stood there for a few minutes and one person walked away the other person just started messing with receipts and different things that where on the counter I got so frustrated mentally that we were not acknowledged once they didn’t say hi they didn’t ask if we were ready to order nothing so as I looked at my beautiful wife I said we should go to the Texas road house tho I will try wahlburgers again some time but not impressed with service there today at all

The food was really good! I wolfed down the burger and the sweet potato tots are a MUST! Normal fries were good 8/10 but the sweet potato tots are a 10/10. The service was good, the atmosphere was also decent but strange when you see a shopping cart in the dining area. It wasn’t bad but something I wasn’t used too, it did not take away from my experience as I loved the food and style of the plates.
