Dunkin’ Donuts on Cherry Rd Rock hill! Love the coffee bar setup where the drinks come out in a little waiting area, while admiring the design, I forgot to take photo of the coffee ! Beautiful drive though and parking lot✅, super high ceilings and friendly staff .

I am not one to leave bad reviews.. however, after several times with the exact same issue.. I feel like one is warranted. I have had the same issue more than 5 times, but keep giving them one more try because of convenience. The coffee at this Dunkin is so strong it is almost undrinkable. Every time it’s like this. Whoever makes the coffee needs to put less Grounds in the machine. When you pay for money for something, you should be able to drink it.

They are terrible. To be the newest one in Rock Hill, you would think they’re service would be better. But, it isn’t. There has not been one time that I’ve ordered from them that they have gotten my order right the first time. And a lot of the food seems like they just throw it together. It’s either burnt, or not made correctly. I would definitely go to another one, because I don’t recommend this one.

Decided to try out this Dunkin, since it’s relatively new. It’s definitely got a more modern feel than other Dunkin restaurants that I’ve been to. We went inside for our experience. First thing noticed is that they had no high chairs. We asked about high chairs and they verified that they don’t even have one. Since we had a 1 year old with us, that was a little disappointing. The service was exceptional though and the workers were extremely nice and polite. The food and drinks were decent.

If I could leave no I would! My daughter placed an order at the kiosk because no one was upfront to take the order. Once they came from the back to take the order she was advised they were out of maple donuts. Instead of giving a refund they had us write our name/info. in a book and said the “manager” will issue a refund in 24-48 hours. It’s been 10 days, I called corporate and still no refund, call or anything! Plus there’s no number to call this business! This place will not be able to stay open doing business this way.

Look this place has been downhill from its launch not too long ago. I’ve given it multiple attempts but the food drinks all of it tastes weird. It all has a funny taste to it. I don’t even think they try or maybe y’all should train more bc the food is horrible and it’s the worst coffee I’ve ever had. I have to go to the other location every time I go here and end up spending double money and still disappointed like none of them in rock hill are good and the food is disgusting. Then it’s no phone number to reach them so trust me just go somewhere else. If you’re a religious coffee drinker like me you’ll be big mad. And don’t you dare door dash it bc you’ll ruin your day. Outrageously slow service. Drive thru was wrapped around the building they only had four employees working at 8:00 on a Friday morning. Every customer in the store was complaining about the ridiculously slow service, online orders were not getting made and they were getting misplaced. Simple coffee and breakfast sandwich orders taking over 20 minutes. I chose to go inside the store because the drive-thru line was so long and at the time there was only two people in line. The two customers ahead of us both had to use the touch screen kiosk because the employees were too busy to even take an order. One of the customers that ordered food ahead of me on the kiosk was informed about 15 minutes later that they didn’t have her food item. It seems like they didn’t even realize that an order had been placed until 15 minutes later which is just a mess and not fair to her hungry child. Not only that but apparently your pumpkin spice is out of season already? We are literally just days past Halloween. This is a brand new location and it was constructed very well so you need to staff this place accordingly. I drove out of my way to visit this location for the first time and I am regretting that decision. It should not take this long to get a coffee and 2 breakfast sandwiches. Hire some more people,

I came for a meal today, August 19 at 12:45 p.m. and the service is lousy. The girls who served were chatting and they didn’t care to serve and they ignored me. I would not recommend this place because of the bad tension they give, they should train your staff or put people who want to work for real.
