I really wanted to like this place. It was the behavior of the staff (including the manager) that really ruined our experience down to a 2 star. We are new to the area and this is one of the first times we have experienced this level of apathy in staff here (being ignored, mistakes with how much was charged. As far as the food, it was delicious! However we paid $25 for a calzone that was little more than a folded over sheet of dough (and a small one at that). The tiny amount of filling involved was very tasty though.

Always loved coming to this Mary’s with my family all throughout my life. I and my family have shared many memories here all over great food and staff treat us like family. Recently, was back up here with my sister after 5 years and food, atmosphere and staff are still fantastic. They do have bit more tech gadgets than they used too. For instance instead of writing down orders on a pad they use a toast pos mobile device to take our order, and credit card payment after eating. Will continue to come back as always.

I gave it an excellent rating, eventhough it’s a bad review, cuz I do appreciate my homey, Mary… At the Summerfield Rd. Mary’s on 8/11, I had a minor issue that was made into a big deal and ruined my whole experience… the bruschetta was burnt around the edges so the waiter volunteered to take it back. When he returned with the new bruschetta, I asked if he was sure that there wasn’t a way to have gotten me a new order without telling the kitchen that I was returning the old order, as I let him know my apprehension before he left before taking it back, as I’m sure many of us would question as to whether the kitchen might retaliate. So he asked if I wanted to speak with the manager, I said no, it was just for awareness for next time, that if someone was dissatisfied, maybe it could be replaced before the kitchen was awared of a return, which I think in general, that’s a good policy, to make an effort to replace without awaring the kitchen of a return ahead of time. So, I wasn’t trying to escalate to management, I wasn’t swearing, name- calling, raising my voice nor even upset really, I was mild-mannered. But now, not only did he call the manager, middle-aged woman with long blonde hair, over to me, but he obviously bad-mouthed me to all the employees, as everyone was looking at me. Then the manager wasn’t listening, chronically interrupting me. It was obvious that she’d made up her mind about me before ever coming to meet me. She dutifully volunteered to take it off my bill which did nothing because she wasn’t caring to listen… it wasn’t about the food, it was about heart, ya know? I told her that the waiter stompped off like a scolded child before proceeding to bad-mouth me to everyone, then she appeared to do the same. My waiter never returned to chesk on me. And then when someone joined me, they refused to come to the table to accomodate him for 15-20 minutes, probably trying to neglect us into leaving, and when she did come to the table, she wasn’t very hospitable…Remember, this was not me making a scene, calling names, yelling, or even making a big deal, I didn’t have an attitude, I wasn’t even really upset; I just let him know that I wished he wouldn’t have let the kitchen know I was returning before they made a new one and didn’t need the manager, just awareness for his next return maybe. My experience was ruined because currently, Mary’s has a mature woman manager who should know better, making a big deal out of nothing. It’s not about refunding, that a robot could do, it’s about caring to respect, appreciate and care to take care of. If customers can’t even complain in an appropriate manner, NOT making a big deal, but yet management making a big deal, projecting her big-deal-making onto the customer, and neglecting and mistreating the customer, this management isn’t good for Mary’s good reputation, is it?

Staff at Mary’s is wonderful and the food is always very good. I recommend the penne and sausage or protein plate, and let’s not forget tortellini Pesto! (My favorites). Great, now I want Mary’s for dinner, lol

It’s a perfect place because it has something for everyone. The signature salad is my favorite, but everyone enjoyed the pizzas, and my son had a meatball sandwich that he inhaled.

Great place to take your dog. I would recommend an outdoor heater to the establishment. If you take your dog, bring a sweatshirt. Great food and service. Everything is made in house. The blue cheese and ranch dressings are unique and phenomenal.

Have not ordered from this Mary’s in quite some time. However, it was convenient and we were hungry, so I ordered a large vegetarian pizza for pick up. The pizza was not fully cooked, nor the cheese entirely melted. Half of the pie had almost no toppings while the other half had a mere sprinkling. This used to be a reliable pizza for us, and I am unsure if this is an anomaly. Mary’s prices have gone up so much I doubt I will ever visit Mary’s again. $37 for a pizza. I expected a better value for that price.
