This new Popeyes is outrageous. The first time i’ve been with my family, we ordered ON THE APP, still took over an hour. The second time, today. We ordered from the app again, still took a long time plus we were missing a bunch of items. The service is awful, the food is awful, a bunch of workers are standing around not doing what they’re supposed to be doing. This is new location, they have to get it together already!!

Ordered in the drive thru, as you can see on the receipt I was supposed to receive all tenders for my 12 piece family meal. I did not. The woman also only gave me two Mardi Gras mustards for 12 pieces of chicken. This is not the first bad experience we have had with this location.

Go to another chicken competitor….. ordered food for the family in the drive through. With only the length of 5 cars it took 30 minutes to get to the window. To pay and pickup our order, after waiting the dreadful 30 minutes just to get to the window to be told of we don’t have anymore wings. Then told out of other items. Total drive thru investment of lost time was 45 minutes to move 5 cars and not have product. I understand problems, this experience was more than hiccups: total customer service failure and product delivery. If you can’t deliver product tell your customers instead of stealing their time. Either the corporate office needs to involved or the franchisee owner needs to inspect what he/ she expects or sell out.

This is the WORST POPEYES LOCATION OF THEM ALL but it’s a BRAND NEW STORE !! The women who runs it is SLOW mentality and you can tell she NEVER worked in food industry at all after talking to her she was a teacher in Michigan wow no wonder !! Employees just standing around all the time . I thought after a month or 2 they would get better but NOPE 4 almost 5 months later and they still can’t get it right !! Bring back the young lady from Bragg with the rings in her nose and eye, at least she knew how to run things . I think it’s the Polo Restaurant Group as a whole !! They all need training or Popeyes need to take the license back they are doing them a disgrace and disservice , I called the owner twice before about Gillespie st and Bragg blv locations before Bragg had it right but they got rid of all the best employees there , forever rotating crew that’s why it always taste different . Shame on the owners

I am not very happy with this place. Each time I ordered from here, something was missing. Three pieces of chicken missing from a 16-piece family pack. Another time, biscuits were not packed. Another time rice filled much less than the large I ordered. I order spicy, and when I get home and open the box, it is regular. I like this location that is close to me, but now I drive further out to where my order is being filled correctly. I really wish this preferred location get it together so I can order here.

Sat in line at the drive thru about 15 minutes before I could place my order and there were only two cars in front of me. Another 10 minutes later I’m at the window paying. They asked me to pull up and they would bring it out. 20 minutes later I got out of the car and walked back to the window and demanded my effing food or a refund. Should have took the refund because the food sucked. Done with this poorly managed dive that will be going out of business. Service has sucked every time I’ve been but this was my third and final trip.
