I received an email offer for a half dozen donuts for $3. I figured that I would try them even though Dunkin doesn’t make them on-site anymore. Well you have to load the app to get the deal so I loaded it. Once loaded it showed that I could pick which donuts I want but it wouldn’t put the order in the check out unless I git the preselected donuts. I figured I would still do it. I hit to place the order and it said I wasn’t close to the store. I know I was still home and put I would pick up at a later time. So I waited to order when I got to the store. Now it won’t do the order unless I put my card information in Google pay. I don’t use Google pay. I asked when I pulled up to the order location to get the deal in my email. The lady said that she couldn’t do it unless I ordered online. I told her that I don’t use that form of pay and she said she couldn’t help. I asked to use cash and she said it would be normal price because I didn’t use the deal in the app. We’ll let just say I won’t be back to Dunkin. Cash is still legal tender and if you only do deals for people that use online only I hope they go out of business.

worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been too, I’m pretty sure the ladys name who took my order is Amy. Her name was on the bag with my order. She was an older lady with blonde hair. Kinda looked like a crack head, anyways she was super super rude to me at the drive thru, (making fun of me ordering & mocking me) then continued to have attitude throughout me ordering. Was laughing about it. Then when I got to the window she didn’t even come, had a young girl give me my food, which she seemed nice. but the crack head lady needs to find another job, I have autism and experiencing that was embarrassing and disrespectful. Never again will I go to Dunkin’
