I visited Ginza on a Sunday and opted for their all-you-can-eat sushi lunch. The variety was impressive and each piece was expertly crafted, delivering a symphony of flavors in every bite. Overall, the experience was sublime, and Ginza proved to be a culinary staple in Fort Myers. Highly recommended for sushi lovers!

Went here 6 years ago. It was amazing. Now, it feels wrong, like it fell off its game. Service got our order wrong twice, I didn’t even get my food and had to flag down a waiter after my party had already finished. Reordered my food, waited more, and got super subpar shrimp tempura, half of which wasn’t even fried correctly and was chewy. The only thing left good about this place is the deal, but good luck getting more than two orders in before an hour passes.

They have an à la carte menu, but most people take the one price $29.00 or anything all you can eat. we took the $29.99 all you can eat price. The food was subpar. The service was extremely slow, and the restrooms were filthy. My husband order the steak teriyaki and I’ve had chewing gum that was more tender. I had the tuna. The tuna was so grizzly you could peel the gristle off like paper. When I put the tune in mo mouth and chewed it, I was left with a little piece grisel. It was so grizzly afterword I couldn’t even swallow it. For dessert, they have a choice of ice cream or fried cheesecake. We chose the ice cream it came in this little frozen plastic cup with a 2 inch flat wooden spoon. But really, the worst part was the bathroom. My goodness it was disgusting. they had a plunger in a plunger holder. Inside the plunger holder and on the plunger was a Brown residue. You don’t need much imagination to know what it was. If you looked on the top of the bathroom of the doors, do you know that metal frame that holds everything together . There was so much greasy dirt it looked like it was fuzzy. There was so much grease and dirt up there. I show a picture of it. It really was horrible. And they didn’t have a towel holder. It was broken. They had a roll of paper towels sitting on the counter. They were all wet and gooey. It’s peculiar, because when you first come in, it appears open and clean. Makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like.

Well where do I start. First, sat us next to the service station. We asked for a booth and was told there wasn’t one available. The hostess was very rough and noisy with the highchair and chair. We asked to speak to a manager and he moved us to one of the 4 available booths. We ordered our food from a very nice waitress. We waited and a guy brought us a bowl of fried rice. That was it. We asked about the rest and he kept repeating us and walked off. Then he came back with a couple plates. Again, not our full order. We asked and he repeated. We figured out he does not speak English. He returned to the dinning area to set down plates at other tables. Our waitress came over to see how we were doing. We told her one plate was cold and we haven’t received all our food. She left. The guy came back with a partial order again. We asked the waitress for 2 pcs of cheesecake. We watched him bring them out to a table that no one was sitting at. We asked to see the manager. This was a terrible experience. We tipped the waitress because it was not her fault and advised the mgr that he should have dinning staff that understand the orders. We walked out unsatisfied and very frustrated. The sweet tea was aweful, it tasted like it had artificial sweetener.

Our first time here and the food and service were great. Huge healthy variety for fresh and tasty sushi rolls. The house salad and seafood salad were delicious. They have a full bar in the spacious restaurant. It is a fun place to visit as well as nicely decorated. The staff was friendly and came by to check on us just the right amount. Great food, great value! We will return!

Good place… I got the buffet, it was almost $30. I was only able to eat 1 plate so I overpaid, but it was delicious!

Our server Estrella was the worst server that I have ever had. Didn’t care for us at all. I ordered some appetizers and then our meal. I got the appetizers at the end of my meal. Which I only ordered one service of the appetizers but got six instead. Would you expect to get those first. It took forever to get refills. Then when we where done and I paid with $100 cash I was shorted on my change. Didn’t this place just get in trouble and was on the news just about this same thing. This place has started to go down hill which is really sad because it was really good.

We came for the all you can eat lunch, the entire menu is all you can eat including hibachi. Sushi was fresh and delicious. The Goyza was some of the best I’ve had. Clear soup and crab salad was delicious too. Definitely get the most bang for your buck and would highly recommend Ginza to everyone.
