Got online decided on the 24 wing family pack with Large Fries, 3 sauces, veggie Carrots/Celery. Thought it to be easier to call. I spoke with Chris both times when we ordered and when we had to call after going to get food… Here we go…. 2nd call to this location on Harrison Chris answers…. Explained that we did not get any veggies with our order and the French fries were not even half full, I think we distributed evenly to the three of us and each had about 11 fries. Chris says “WE WEIGH our fries”. Basically, you are wrong and I know how much fries were there… I mean really. What could have been constructive for this store ended up being a uncomfortable call. Possibly a manager telling her what to say was there close enough for us to hear on the phone. What about the veggies… No answer… Verified her name Chris and told her that we would voice our concerns to corporate. Sometimes the principle is way more important than $3.00 worth of fries and veggie sticks. I hope folks read this and make the best decision.

Would leave no stars if possible. They took forever for everything. To take the order , to charge, to give us the order . Offered bleu cheese when they didn’t even have any . Clearly saw one of the workers put like 10 ranch or white sauce on the wet floor (totally unsatisfactory unsanitary ) little blonde girl with glasses and no name tag has an attitude . Order ticket said 8:43 went up to the counter at 9:18 to ask for order and told me there was still a ten minute wait, received order 16 minutes after that. Very disappointing service and to receive cold wings after all that. If it wouldn’t take so long to speak to someone I would’ve requested my money back immediately

Do not ever come to this location of Wingstop!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered a chicken sandwich. They called my order and said it was ready. My chicken sandwich was not even on the tray. They said it was taking longer due to the fact the buns were not ready yet. When I did receive my sandwich, they did not put the top bun on my sandwich!!!!!!!!! The cleanliness is also a zero out of 10. There are flies everywhere and the tables are not clean correctly!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT COME TO THIS RESTAURANT IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Twice I have called about a delivery order (as stated in their website) and twice the workers act like they don’t know what I’m talking about. The managers know but the workers act like if they have nothing to do with delivery orders. It’s listed on their website. I know they do their orders through doordash but if I call to check on my order I don’t get why there’s confusion every time. And Bella was very rude about it and was firm about wingstop not doing any delivery orders. I think the employees should know this simple fact.

Do not recommend this wingstop, the place is filthy from the kitchen (looking in from counter) to greasy floors to disgusting restroom conditions. The hand dryer wall had a layer of what I can only describe as mud. Oil to fry everything is never changed, all my food was dark brown and chicken tenders were burnt. I asked to have them to be replaced and I got even worse tenders. Needless to say I must have upset the cook and opted not to eat them. The employees stood around with no sense of urgency and several had apathetic attitudes. We’ll I won’t be returning to this wingstop location ever. Just bad, should have read the reviews first, most of them, I beleive.

Worst service ever.. placed an order at 11:18 I didn’t receive my order until 12:30! Every time I asked how much longer I was told “5 mins” then finally at 12:15 “oh they’re about to start on it” cooks were just horse-playing and cracking jokes! The management was a joke. I’d understand if the place was packed but there was only two tables occupied while 7 people stood and wait on their orders. Everyone was told “5mins” some got frustrated and left.. I left these pictures as well to show you how we received our burnt order.. never again!

As a loyal customer, I am offended to be served my food in the condition that they did. The tenders in the photo were almost charred and were severely undercooked in the inside. The chicken is glossy the breading is very doughy. When speaking to the “manager” she stated all of the tenders are “coming out that way”. No apologies were offered. I am beyond disappointed. Wingstop, would you eat your chicken this way? Then, why would you serve it to your customers this way? You could really hurt someone by serving undercooked chicken.

Flies everywhere, box of chicken wings dripping blood next to the prep station where the carrots and sticks were cutting them. Cross contamination at its best . Staff did not care at all when I mentioned it. Disgusting restaurant and worse of all, unwrapped straws .when all the costumers were touching them . I Talked to the leader in charge and she doesn’t even know how to handle big problems like that . Do not go to this restaurant unless you wanna contract with COVID 19 .
