I ate here for the first time on May 2, 2023. I love the hot, tender, juicy ribs. Granted…I think they just boil them and brush on the sauce (they are not grilled over a flame)…I left Panda Palace when they started having dry, cold ribs. I will probably eat here every week (as long as the ribs are hot and juicy). Once those are off the menu, I won’t be back.

Omg this place is bogus asl it’s a rip off!!!! I spent $33 for me& a 2 year old to eat food was disgusting everything tasted the same rubbery I liked it better wen they had the roaches!!! Never going back again

I went and got a container take our from the buffet. Everything was horrible. The food had no taste…the ribs and beef were tough as can be…and the shrimp was SPOILED…it smelled very fishy and turned to mush when I chewed it. Even the chicken on a stick was super dry and flavorless. I called asking could I bring it back and get a refund…and they said they can’t do anything. I said so you can sell spoiled food to people and not refund them? ( I paid $30) they offered to give me a discount for my next visit. I said I don’t want to eat there again! So they said they would make me 1 dish fresh for free. Save your money….don’t eat here!

Me and my family (1 years old, 2 year old 3 year old and my husband) ate here a couple of days ago and let me tell you it will be the last time! I’ve gone here here three times before and everything was good but this last time we were food poisoned all of us!!! My babies are throwing up and diarrhea bad. My 2 year old look like he was finna pass out while throwing up leaning on the door while my husband rushed him to women’s and children’s hospital!!! We ended up going to USA Health on Hillcrest . We all had to to go to the ER to make sure we did not have the flu Covid or something and we were negative on everything and after explaining to them where we went it was ruled out food poisoning!!! My babies look so sad and my husband can’t work cause he’s having very bad abdominal pain, aches, vomiting and diarrhea!!! My 1 year old just threw up everything on her before making this review and my 3 year old won’t eat and is just laying looking lifeless!!

Yuck..no, beyond yuck. I picked a simple healthier dish that was supposed to be steamed chicken and broccoli. The broccoli was fine but what was supposed to be chicken was rubbery thin and had the most god-awful gross texture with zero flavor whatsoever leaving me to question whether or not it was actually even chicken. I didn’t eat it because the first bite was so gross of a texture I didn’t want anymore of it. Can’t recommend and will not go back

I believe in giving anyone the benefit of the doubt I understand there was a lawsuit with the same restaurant after being closed down by the health department. I’m not sure but I hope not, it may be the same owner as before. The food was horrible even the hibachi grill and the atmosphere was like being in a nursing home or hospital being fed hospital food. I shouldve followed my 1st mind! Not Returning!

We went there last night, we almost didn’t because of the bad reviews but we decided to take a chance anyway. I don’t understand why all the bad reviews. The food was hot and delicious! The sushi was WONDERFUL! The only thing I didn’t like was that they had no general tso’s chicken which is my favorite but so what? They had other yummy stuff so that didn’t matter so much. I saw where one review said noone hardly speaks English there. The hostess and the girl at the register are clearly American and both were very nice and welcoming and obviously speak English and our waiter also spoke decent English, we never had to wait for drink refills and our dirty plates never sat on our table for more than a couple of seconds! We had a great experience there and will most definitely be back!!! Oh and they also had pizza, fried fish, wings, things like that to please kids and other picky eaters. And I’d also like to add that I didn’t see any signs about tipping the servers (saw something about this in another review) but I don’t really pay attention to things like that so I’m not saying they weren’t there, I just didn’t notice them, if you have a problem with tipping your server then maybe you shouldn’t eat out. ♀️
