I have been stopping at this location for more than a month now asking about one of the frozen coffees and they keep telling me there is a part missing from the blender. I’m sure it’s a franchise and the franchise owner should be getting parts. It’s an entirely unacceptable performance to have a quarter of your menu completely unavailable because of “some part” that may be missing. It’s very convenient to my office, but I will not try again. I am DONE with this location. They just need to shut this location down and allow a coffee shop that cares open in this space and thrive!!!

I ordered a large iced coffee with extra cream and sugar, and the taste was awful. The coffee flavor was way off. So I called to let them know that they may want to check their coffee because the taste if it was off. Her reply was, ” Ma’am you are the only one that’s complained about the coffee. I can refund your coffee.” I replied, “I could care less about the refund. You may just want to check your coffee bc the taste is off”. Instead of saying ok we will check it, she was being defensive as if it came directly from her. When a consistent customer complains about the taste, check it to insure that what you are serving is your usual quality. The coffee taste today is way off. I know how coffee should taste! Don’t make excuses, just fix the issue at hand.

I love dunkin’ donuts! I have 2 children and they love . They also have an awesome menu full of great hot sandwiches and some healthy sandwiches. I love their egg white flat. Their hash browns are the best. It is so close to my house as well so it is a great reward when the kids do well. Thank you!

They were very busy and left someone very inexperienced on the register. She didn’t know how many donut holes came in an order, rang up a dozen donuts when we had ordered a half, didn’t know what a cafe mocha was…not good. Dunkins donuts are not very good anyway but the coffee is good.

Keeps changing hours but won’t change them online. Have shown up several times to the store being closed despite the online hours saying it’s open. Extreme inconvenience especially downtown where you have to find parking first.

BEST…..DUNKIN….EVER. I mean the finest funkin dunkin ive ever been in. My girlfriend and I walked in at 5:57pm, 3 minutes before they closed. The lady brewed us fresh coffee and gave us complementary donuts. Laughed and joked with us even though it was time for them to pack up. Awesome.
