A really good burger place! This is only my second time eating at a smashburger but it was definitely different in a good way. The food was delicious and the service was great. The tots were really crispy and the burgers were loaded. Definitely worth a try if you’re tired of the same old fastfood burgers. My only gripe us the price since it is a bit pricey. But nonetheless, it was delicious.

I haven’t been to a Smashburger in over a year. I’m glad I stopped knowing at this location. The restaurant was amazingly clean and the smell of the food being prepared was intoxicating. The burgers were perfect and had just the right amount of char on the meet. The sauces were great and the tots were seasoned as they should. If I had one complaint is that it seemed like the tots served dining in were a lot less than if you order online and have your food delivered. Small thing. Staff was helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this location.

My wife and I love Smash Burger and this location did a great job at keeping up with our perception of the franchise. Definitely a lot better quality than the BK’s, McDonald’s, etc. and is more in line with Five Guys. (Though we personally prefer Smash Burger for the variety and value). Anytime we want a good and fast burger this is our go-to; try the Colorado or the Original Smash Burger!

Okay I’ve had worse, this wasn’t bad, a decent smash burger. Pice a little high. 15$ for double and fries no drink. Flavor was good, they should have a combo for like 12.99$ and it would be better. Probably more service, for good quality and cheaper prices, just my 2cents.

My favorite burger place EVER! The smashfries are ✨️PERFECT✨️ and the burger buns are super soft and delicious. Burger patty’s are super good and the milk shakes are crazy good. I’ve always had great experiences at this place. Workers are super friendly, and if they mess something up they will kindly and quickly fix it. The only thing is that THEY NEED TO BUILD A SMASHBURGER IN HUMBLE!!!! They used to have one super close to me in a shopping center but it closed and now I have to drive 25 minutes away. But besides that it’s an awesome place. Definitely 5/5 recommend (especially the smashfries).

My family and I had a horrible experience tonight. We ordered our usual meal. When ordering my sons kids’ meal, we always sub for black bean patty because we are vegetarian. The cashier was new, so she asked the so-called “GM” how to ring up the order. Nelly “The GM” proceeds to tell us we can not sub the black bean patty for the kids’ meals. We were very confused because not only have we ordered this multiple times with no issue, but their sign clearly states we can “sub a protein on any burger. At this point I explain to her that we ordered this before and Nelly”GM” is going back and forth with me and says “I will do it this time but I will tell my staff we are not suppose to.” To me, this is clearly false advertising because why can’t we sub a for a black bean patty like I’ve been doing, especially if the sign says that we can. Anyways, in the middle of me talking, Nelly tells me, “I’m trying to be nice, and I told you I will do it this time.” At this point, she tells the cashier to finish up with what she was doing before, and she will ring me up. Nelly continued to be rude and shoves the change in my husband’s hand along with the soda cups. We will not be returning to this smahsburger because Nelly ruined our whole experience, and as GM, I expected way more from her. I don’t know who hired her, but they made a mistake. I can only imagine how she treats the staff here.
