Don’t order from them, they do not care of you get your order delivered. Customer service is terrible don’t care about their customers. Do yourself a favor and avoid if you are planning to get food delivered for a special event… they will disappoint. Your food might not even arrive. I had to call the day of the event several times because order was late and I was left with lots of hungry kids and their parents because they did not get their pizza. Pizza arrived when the event was going to end, so only time for birthday cake. We had to leave the venue we were renting. So disappointing. Don’t use this place or franchise pizza for any event they don’t care about customers.

This location is very crowded, the space is very small and sometimes people have to wait long to get their orders, it is always better to order on the app because they can’t even answer the phone to take orders.

I haven’t been back to Little Caesars for since High school. I’ve had pizza hut (horrible) and Domino’s but didn’t taste that all good. There’s no Little Caesars in Irvine so I had to drive to Tustin. Went in on Friday 7pm and ordered my pizza and oh boy it brought back memories. I noticed a standing portal with pizza inside and customers names on top on my first visit. Anyhow, the very next Friday I use the app ordered the deep dish in the morning to be picked up at 7pm. Came at 7pm my name was lid on the LED portal and that was cool to see. I picked up my pizza with a huge smile while lines of people were waiting to order. My deep dish pizza was absolutely delicious. My son said it was the best pizza he ate. Love the portal and will be doing it again next Friday!

I’m not exactly sure why, but this particular location tastes better than other little Caesars locations. Whatever they’re doing, they’re doing it right. FYI I eat little Caesars quite frequently at different locations. I have come to this location multiple times and each time I am impressed. I’m reading other reviews about the amount of time people had to wait and are complaining, I don’t know why people don’t just get the app. It literally was about 10 minutes from the time I ordered the pizza, just sitting in the heating capsule thing that they have there. You don’t have to wait in the line, it makes life so much simpler. It probably makes it easier for the people working there too if you just order online.

I Order online a few times gave this place a few chances.Average time given on portel never accurate takes longer plus sometimes order is not even complete like they grave your crazy bread to give to some else T hats already there and What makes me more angry is that you have 2 fresh pizzas and the third is cooler and the bread get harder. Also 1 crazy bread is soft and the oder is hard. If I order online is to get all my order fresh. I don’t recommend this location. I witness 1 wrong order and another where they order certain items online but they got there they didn’t have something.
