Very clean , good wings especially the latto lemon herb wings . It took a while for us to receive the food but in all fairness it was the end of the night and slightly packed . Mike the manager I believe took charge to make sure our order was corrected and hot ! He gave us great customer service. And seems to be a hard worker along with his team ❤️. I came back with family 2 days later !

I’m an uber delivery driver and this lady who is short with locs, was calling me ratchet saying she was going to do something to me because I had to walk around the counter and get food I had been waiting on. I walked in nobody was at the counter, I used the restroom came out and nobody was there again. I got to the pick up window and the guys inside are looking at me but no one moves. I physically see my customers order. I finally have someone come up front and they walk right past me to the next person. They gave 2 other orders away while I was standing there. So I’m a little frustrated for my customer. I grab it and they make me make the drink!!! Lucky for her I’m not a terrible person but I was able to accommodate without flaw. However, all of my orders were set back in time and she still believes she’s right for how she treated me. There is no excuse to run a popular, high trafficked restaurant and your staff can’t be present to get the job done. And if she doesn’t know what Ratchet really is rewind the cameras and tell her to check her customer service because your money is being wasted. She could have potentially messed up my money with her negligence. And her disclaimer for all other employees was “they don’t speak English that well”; what does that say about management????

I had to edit my review, I originally put 4 stars but I have to give them a 1 star now. Food was not good. The chicken wings were so dry it was worst than the ones in 711 that’s been sitting out all day. The fries were soggy. Plus they gave me NO flats all drums. Almost $17 just to almost choke to death trying to eat these mini wings. I probably won’t eat at this establishment or maybe any other wing stop.

The food is horrible! They never complete my orders correctly! And please don’t go close to closing time! They will just throw anything in the bag and it won’t be nothing u asked for. This place needs to be shutdown nothing about this restaurant is good at all. There’s no love put into making your food at all.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I placed an online delivery order and when I received it there were no dips in the bag that I PAID for. When I went to the store to retrieve my dips, instead of apologizing for my extreme inconvenience and giving me the dips I already paid for (since I ordered delivery but still had to go to the store to get my dips cause who eats wings with no dip) the guy at the counter was told by his GM that they couldn’t give me the dips but I could get a refund. I explained to him that I didn’t want a refund I simply wanted the dips I already paid for and when I asked to speak with the GM she never came. After waiting for a while, cause at this point I got time, another young lady came to speak with me because the GM didn’t want to deal with it. She then says to me that the GM stated the reason my dips weren’t in the bag was because they didn’t have anymore ranch and only had blue cheese(which is one of the ones I ordered anyway) and honey mustard. I told her that was fine I would just take those. This whole issue could have had a much simpler fix if the GM would’ve had a better attitude and realized you work in customer service so if you make a mistake or can’t accommodate what the customer already paid for then offer a different solution instead of just having a attitude about something YOU did wrong to begin with.

Went to this wingstop to get some lemon pepper wings. Paid for the order. When I got my order I didn’t check the bag. Went home. It was only ten wings. Went rite back. To tell them they only put ten in there. They said I was lying. I was like cool y’all keep everything. I will not ever go to that one

Not only was the service bad, they didn’t even care it was bad. They took my order over the phone but was in such a hurry the person taking the order never asked for my name because they were in such a hurry and ended the call. Imagine my surprise when I get there and my order was not ready, but yet they never acknowledged their error.
