Hello friends over at the CHINA BUFFET. I am simply writing this review (and I don’t do this often) because I wanted to share my experience with other potential customers. It was from my tiny booth-seat inside the Pizza Hut that I first saw, from behind that thick pane of glass, the flashy red-lettering spelling out your “$5.55” lunch buffet. I thought to myself that at a price like what was advertised, it had to be too good to be true. Though, being the thrifty bargain-shopper that I am, I decided I’d stop in sometime in the next week and give the place a try. Fast forward to the coming week: It was a Wednesday afternoon, about 12:30 or so. My buddy and I made our way over to the parking lot for the buffet-style restaurant that was China Buffet. After having read numerous Google reviews on a waiter with the name “Andy”, I walked in with some skepticism. We were quickly seated by a hostess who couldn’t offer even as much as a half-smile. My friend and I made our way to the buffet lines and each loaded up a plate under the watchful eye of the chef. Food was pretty good and a good amount there. I would’ve been pretty happy with price and value if I ate there, but was getting to go. The to-go price per plate was based on weight of plate which turned out to be pretty pricey. Still I did enjoy the dinner and the leftovers.

We were traveling in January for a wedding and needed a place to eat on New Year’s Day. We were delighted that China Buffet was open. The food was delicious and the service was friendly. They also did not mind our attempts to use the little Mandarin that we know. We had a terrific experience.

This use to be one of my favorite places to eat Chinese food. Unfortunately it has really gone down hill quickly. The lady that greeted us very rudely pointed to the pay first sign. Then we were given styrofoam cups and plates and plastic silverware.(I get they are short staffed but tacky) The place was filthy. The table and seat was sticky, walls dirty and we saw a worker digging in the garage. The food in the buffet was luke warm at best and half of it empty. The buffet wasn’t clean. Food droppings everywhere. My husband used the restroom and he said it was disgusting and said her could no longer eat anymore from what he saw. I NEVER give bad reviews but this was so gross.It makes me sad to even do it. But I don’t want others to experience this. I can’t believe the place isn’t shut down, We won’t be going back

If I could give this place a negative star I would. The Only positive thing was that it wasn’t busy. The cashier was rude to say the least, pay up front, which isn’t a huge deal, until you realize how bad the food is (now I see why it’s pre pay). soda was watered down, food was mediocre, styrofoam plates and cups. Will not be going back here.

A big variety for a smaller buffet. I appreciated that there was a balance of foods there so that I was able to eat non-breaded, non-fried meat & also vegetables. The food tasted good, too. The staff was friendly & attentive & they followed covid19 seating suggestions & wore masks. I wore a mask while going through the serving line but not everyone did. Handicapped parking available.

Great little place! Decent selection and the service tonight was phenomenal. I never had to ask for a drink, nor did i have an empty plate on our table for more than a minute. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Because of no staff we had to pay first, eat off of foam plates with flimsy plastic silverware and got a plastic cup for our drink. One tiny napkin. Food was cold. Way, way too expensive for lunch. They justify with extremely little shrimp and fake crab, also cold not hot as it should be. We used to go there often. We won’t be going back.
