One star is pushing the limit with this location. For starters, I ordered double fries and didn’t receive them, but it gets worse. Upon opening my box I saw a piece of hair laying on top of my food! This is the SECOND time this has happened at this location. There is CLEARLY a cleanliness issue that hasn’t been addressed since the last time it happened. The staff was very unapologetic and concerned about the wrong things. I truly feel bad for anyone eating here. At a time where COVID is on the rise things like this should not be happening!

Went for dinner. The service was horrible. We waited a very long time before even getting to order and then longer waiting on our food. The person working the front counter was running back and forth from the kitchen to the drive through and ignoring the people waiting on line to order. One customer asked her who was supposed to be working the counter. She said she was and said she would take it order in a minute. It still took several more minutes for her finally start taking orders and then she got out order wrong and had to get someone someone else to fix it. I don’t understand why, with 9 employees there (that I could see), she had to help prepare food and help at the drive through. This is the second and last time I have gotten rotten service here. There are too many options for food to have to endure this poor service.

Unfortunately I have to rate this restaurant fast food low. When you go through the drive thru and see someone at the food preparation area where clear gloves making food and then pick their nose with it then keep doing what they were doing before it’s time to drive away and not pay for what you ordered. I have been here many times before and it was good to great. Every place has something wrong but this just was beyond especially can see from the drive thru window. Sorry no more Bo for me.

No chicken. Ordered 2 Cajun chicken combination, a worker dumped chicken tenders with the seasoned fries,then removed the tenders there was 14 employees working,a young guy on the front line while preparing food whipped sweat from his face rubbing his has then through his hair.and continued touching food.The young girl assuming she’s the manager to me I couldn’t video inside the restaurant (I took a picture) she calls the police wouldn’t give me my food or my money back until the police arrive. 4 different police cars came because I said something about the sweaty guy. She thought she could make me delete my photo…No you can’t.

Come here several times a week. The food quality and service seems to fluctuate with the manager on duty or staff. The supreme’s were fried so hard they were hardly edible. There was no sausage available and no gravy. They need someone to check quality I guess.

8/18/23 – Have come here multiple times but two times is too many to have hair in the food! News flash! Invest in some hair nets! Not visors! Took the food back in and didn’t as so much as get an apology! They acted as if giving a refund was an inconvenience! I WILL NEVER RETURN. In addition, Monday, we came around lunch time and no one ever came to the speaker! Alexa Fisher needs to step in and retrain these people! It won’t matter, bc my business here is done whether they care or not!

Began my order and the employee started screaming on the speaker. Get up to the window and hear all the employees acting up and squealing, someone saying don’t throw things at me. I get home all my fries are cold and stale, three orders worth. I live blocks away so they should not be cold from the drive. They did not know the difference between a breast and a thigh as my order was wrong. The chicken seemed like it had been sitting under the heat lamp. Hot minute as it was super tough at the point. Very disappointing
