Our order was delivered in 22 minutes. The pizza and chicken wings were as hot as can be expected. I ordered one pizza two toppings Italian sausage and Pepperoni and selected over the whole pizza. Of the pepperoni each slice had 2-3 pepperoni. Of the Italian sausage some had a crumb or two and some had none. The whole pizza barely had any Italian sausage. The taste of the food was good.

We like it. There should be some way to let the store know when we need something extra done. We got an extra large that we needed to have cut in 12 pieces, but no way to let them know that. Also, it would be nice to get hand-tossed in extra large too.

Ordered around 7pm and the order arrived around 8pm. One of the pizzas was supposed to be a meatzza pizza with onions and mushrooms but what we got was a pizza with only onions and mushrooms…..no meat. So I called and asked them to make it right, remake it and re deliver. Around 9pm the replacement still had not shown up so I called them again. The gentleman that answered the phone acted they didn’t know anything about it. The manager was in the background saying that he was re making it right then and it would be out shortly. Now it is 10:45pm and still no pizza has been delivered. I’m giving up. This is ridiculous for it to take almost 4 hours and counting for them to correct their mistake.

This is by far this worst Dominos location I’ve ever experience. I live 5 min from this location and on 2 different occasions I’ve received a phone call 30 min after placing the order with the workers informing me that there are no pizza delivery employees available to deliver our pizza. This was not to big of a inconvenience besides me trying to take care of the things that was needed to be taken care of at the house. So I informed them I was fine with picking up the pizza. Then the employee informed me the order wouldn’t be ready for another 30 min. (A total of a hour so far). I arrive at dominoes when they informed me it would be ready only to be handed 2 pizzas that have huge burnt bread bubbles located in the center of both pizzas. I did not catch this issue until I arrived at the house(yes I should’ve checked the pizzas but was just trying to hurry and get home to feed my three children. After seeing the poor quality of the pizzas I ymmediately took three slices out that were not burnt so my kids could at least eat something and took the rest of the pizza back to Dominos to have this issue resolved. The lady that claimed to be the GM of this location neglected to provide the customer service that any normal individual would expect to receive. I would never recommend anyone ordering anything from this location. I do not expect premium service from this Corporation. But I am a firm believer that if I pay for a service, I should get what this Corporation states that would be delivered.

This Domino’s delivered me a deli hand tossed Pizza my noodles for my pasta were not even cooked all the way I called up there to get a replacement order and tell him what was wrong with my original one they told me that they make it and it would be on the way within an hour 2 hours went by and I finally called back and they told me that they were busy and it would be a little while next on the line but now it is a new day and I still have nothing.

UPDATE: it’s been 5 days, I emailed, they responded promptly with what looks like an automatic email. I still have yet to have anything resolved about my non delivered items, my burnt food and cold, hard pizza, and they still fully charged me and no refund. No further communications received from this location or from the main company located in Hurst, per the email. Such a shame.

Both pizzas look like they were thrown together in 10 seconds. The pepperoni pizza only has toppings on part of the pizza. The bacon pizza is burnt and has way too much sauce even though we asked for light sauce. Also, got the stuffed cheesy bread, it tasted like it was raw. Our expectations weren’t high to begin with but at least make the food right.
