Asha rocks this Subway. She has such a kind disposition. Every time I come in, I get fantastic service. They always smile and that new menu is fantastic. I used to get the tuna but now I discovered the number 8 Garlic Aioli Chicken sandwich with bacon. WOW, WOW, WOW. Everyone here is always so pleasant. It’s difficult not to come back when they treat you so well and the new menu is so fantastic. I really love this place and that is saying a lot because for the last 10 years I’ve told my wife countless times how lousy Subway was. But, this place changed everything for me. I do recommend it and if you saw my belly you would know what a HUGE endorsement this really is. 🙂

He was supposed to give two spoonfuls of tuna, but for some reason he gave two half spoons. I asked for more tuna, because I know how it looks in other establishments, but it was counted as extra. My friend was also given less meat for his sub. When I come next time and this problem is solved, I will delete this comment

Do NOT order from this subway, staff is rude and incapable of basic tasks. I put in a mobile order for my family and I, we are all pretty plane Jane about what we eat on our sandwiches nothing complex, just turkey, cucumbers lettuce and tomatoes on Italian bread and one whole grain. Instead we got onions, spinach, different assortments of peppers, onions and no whole grain bread. As someone who’s worked in fast food before I don’t hold my standards high, but is it really that hard to screw up such a simple mobile order?

This is the second time in a couple weeks that we ordered sandwiches and the meat was barely anything. I ordered a 6 inch chicken teriyaki and got 2 small pieces on a 6 inch. I ordered on line and picked it up. I don’t recommend doing that so you can watch them make it in front of you. Just not worth it anymore. I’ll try another subway

We had a birthday party for our twelve year-old with fifteen of his friends. The staff at the Cary, IL location turned out the custom ordered sandwiches for everyone in less than 20 minutes with no mistakes and each order identified by child. They even managed to fit in other customer orders while completing mine four sandwiches at a time. I was impressed and the staff was very friendly and patient as we went through each request. Would definitely use them again for another party. Very much appreciated how easy they made the process for us.

The subway team went above and beyond when preparing our catering order. They individually wrapped each sandwich for my little sister’s graduation party, to limit the risk of COVID. Since she couldn’t have an actual graduation, she was very grateful to still get a real party. Sunny was very helpful when I went to pick up the order in explaining everything to me.

WOW !!!!! $9.57 for a footlong steak and cheese that was only about 10 inches long. No drink, no chips and very very little meat and cheese. Theses people don’t even speak proper English. It don’t surprise me that Subways are closing at such a fast rate. It’s pretty typical of those type of people, they want twice what the sandwich is worth and keep giving you less and less.
