Whoever owns Papa John’s in Layton has the rudest, most awful workers there ever. They totally botched my order and when I called to tell them that the manager blasted me for it. He said it was on me for not ordering correctly and I needed to order better. He also said he could only give me a free pizza to fix a 40$ order. He told me he would not fix my order nor remake it. Also he said since they were closing they wouldn’t help me. I wasted almost $40 in money to a pizza place that is a total joke. Stay away from the Papa John’s at all costs. Their workers are a joke and the manager tonight needs to be fired or retrained or something. I also put this on every social media platform possible so I hope this store gets shut down ASAP

I placed an order for pick up of a single pepperoni and 2 cups of marinara sauce. When I told them my name the guy at the counter tried to hand me a completely different customer’s order with multiple things on it. I told him it wasn’t my order, at which point they realized they’d given my order to someone else already. So I had to stand there for 15 minutes while they made a new one. They did give me a free 2 liter soda for the inconvenience, but did you really have to smash my sauce cup directly into my re-made pizza instead of just putting it on the side? ♀️

Horrible experience. The delivery drivers will not knock on your door. They just leave your pizza on the ground and leave. They don’t even update the tracker so you know if they’ve dropped it off. I called the store to speak with the manager. I was on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally spoke with Caleb the manager. He could not have cared less about my hold times or my experience. Absolutely horrible service. If you do order from these guys, don’t bother tipping them.

I ordered a veggie thin crust and they missed half the pizza with the toppings. I would say a quarter of the pizza didn’t have cheese on it. On the Hawaiian I ordered it with extra cheese and meat and pineapple and it arrived as a standard one nothing extra at all. And Still missing cheese in places. I can get better quality at little Caesar’s and more toppers for a quarter of the cost. These two pizzas were over 40$ and by far the worst I have ever got at papa John’s. I tried calling twice today no answer on the phone but I want a complete refunds.

I was having one of those unlucky days. Where everything went wrong all day. I went and picked up my pizza and the customer service was amazing. My pizza was hot and picture perfect. It looked so good I had to eat a slice. Thanks for ending my bad day on a good note.

Never really had a problem here before. But, this time I got a Supreme stuffed crust. The stuffed crust part was about 3 inches wide and it was good but the toppings part was soggy and thin. You couldn’t even pick it up. It broke apart from the crust,, And that part was gross

I went to papa John to buy a pizza. I paid $17 to the Medium pizza. Not only they burned after I brought the pizza home, I found a long hair in my pizza. It was disgusting. I put all the pizza in the garbage. I pay my hard earned money to put it in the garbage. They should wear gloves which they were not. The place is not clean. Not again. I will never go back ever! Before Papa John pizza was great. Now is disgusting. I gave a zero to their service.

One of the worst Papa Johns chains I’ve been to. The toppings on the pizza still tasted as though they needed about 10 more minutes in the oven. They put one pepperoncini in the pizza box and it was the saddest, smallest one I’ve ever seen. Then for the breadsticks, there was hardly any garlic butter sauce on top. Probably won’t be back. Think I’ll go to Dominoes or Pizza Hut instead.

So I ordered Buffalo wings with ranch on the side and they give me a side of Buffalo sauce instead that was already open? The heck? I already have Buffalo sauce on the wings, any other normal person, like me, would have got ranch to dip. So that’s what I ordered and got more Buffalo instead. A bit counterintuitive agreed? Regardless I have ranch at home whatever. But I also get papa johns for the garlic sauce, both of which were missing. Big L tonight from Papa Johns.
