I was having a bad day until I came in here. I got the best service from an older tall white man, I didn’t get his name. Just wanted to say thank you and the food hit the spot.

literally refused to remake my sandwich, even though i got a completely different one than i ordered. first it was because i didn’t bring back the other sandwich that was correct and then it was because it was ordered online. i brought in the incorrectly made sandwich and the ticket saying what it should’ve been but i was told they couldn’t do anything and that i could have a managers number. not to mention the incorrect sandwich i did receive, was completely disassembled- like tomatoes on the outside and looked like it’d been squeezed. so even if i wanted to i couldn’t have eaten it. probably the worst customer experience i’ve ever had

I really wanted to rate higher, because the crew that was there yesterday (sat Nov 20,5:30)was so nice..so most definitely 5 stars to them. The only 2 problems were I ordered 2 foot longs and one the bread was very, very hard..the other was good..also didn’t realize till I was in my truck that the soda was flat..It’s not something that will keep me from not coming back, just next time I will check it out before I leave..anyways the service is great, just needs improvement on when to throw out the bread that has been there sitting for a while…again I will try one more time..

You’re gonna be waiting when there’s only two employees at this location. A lot of silence fills the air when you come in and see the line. Its kinda funny. The employees were nice. However it just seemed like only one employee wanted to work.. But the service is just SLOW!

When you’re out of one of the most basic sandwich ingredients, it would be a good practice to let the person buying that sandwich know that you are out of X ingredients. In this instance, tomatoes. For some people, tomatoes, pickles, or mayonnaise and mustard are what make a sandwich, a sandwich, and not meat stuck between two dry pieces of bread. This subway wasn’t out of tomatoes, however, it’s just that it would have been far too much work and would have required waaaaaaay too much effort for one of the two employees that were working to step in the back and cut 4 tomato slices to add to a $14 sandwich. Imagine getting the end of the line and the end of the sandwich making and Subway saying “sorry we’re out of pickles…” One might expect some sort of discount or some sort of concession for the missing basic and staple sandwich ingredient, especially if the customer is saying that they don’t really want the sandwich anymore without X ingredient. Whatever Manager or owner there is, it might be a good idea to have a conversation with the 2 employees who closed on Tuesday June 19th, and explain to them

Service has always been fairly fast and staff are nice/kind. however, the prices at this location (on the menu) are about $1 MORE (per sandwich) than other locations. Also, my last sandwich was charged a $1 MORE than what is listed on the menu (so essentially, I was paying $10.50 for a $8.50 sandwich is Buda or New Braunfels Subway). The place is always clean though (and bathrooms are nice/clean). AND Sandwiches are always fresh, FULL of veggies and delicious!

Awesome service! Great attitude from both sandwich artists! They kept running out of veggies and sauces, but they never missed a beat. The guy kept running to the back to get veggies, quickly with a smile on his face always. Food was delicious as always

Angel was so nice. He made us feel like we were the only thing he needed to worry about right then. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Restaurant was very clean and well organized and the cookies are to die for!

Probably the worst subway you can go to in this town, all of my experiences here has been terrible. They are randomly closed in the middle of the day on multiple occasions, I’ve stood in line waiting with two staff members just staring at me, not even acknowledging me to say there’s a wait, and I’ve straight up been ignored while they serve other customers behind me. They’ve dropped things all over my sandwich, which contaminates it (of course I didn’t accept the sandwich, but with health and safety they should have disposed of it, but they fully expected me to accept the sandwich.), once my servers underwear was exposed because he didn’t have a belt, using the same hands he uses to make sandwiches to pull up his pants, whether his underwear was clean or not? they did not look clean…literally go to any other subway, yeah sometimes they seem to be short staff but when I’ve actually made it into the establishment when it’s open it’s always a bad experience.

The two employees I just encountered with seem to absolutely despise their jobs my brothers and I felt like a burden to them when I literally spent 25 dollars here. They are out of a lot of things it seems the only bread option they had left after my order was the white bread. Absolutely no enthusiasm displayed by the employees whatsoever, hire new more enthusiastic people please that actually like to interact with people. The tuna tastes very weird too not like the usual subway tuna I get from other locations
