I went to buy a combo burger and a hot coffee.. The two working the drive-thru decided to give me cold coffee with cream. When I questioned it they were laughing and said he would nuke it. I was totally disappointed and said I can do that myself. Will never go tho this Wendy’s again. Their prices are very high so when you go to buy something to eat paying the high prices you don’t expect or warrant this from a fast food company.

The worst experience that ever occurred! I stop there around 10:15pm and I was aware they closed at 11pm! The drive through wait times was extremely long (15mins) and there were only 3 cars! When I got to the window, I ask the cashier (white heavy set lady with long nails) if I can add a drink! She immediately sucked her teeth, rolled her eyes and slammed the window shut in my face while she put the order in! She gave me my food and the fries were extremely hard and cold! The nuggets were cold, & the bake potatoes was horrible! She did not provide condiments or anything! I’m very upset with this place and I will never return again!

Horrible experience! I ordered breakfast and had to return 3xs to get what I paid for correctly! My potatoes were cold and they refried them and gave them back to me! My maple chicken bacon sandwich had no maple. The third time I returned the manager had just arrived. He was pleasant and made sure my order was correct……

I just had a very awful experience at the wendys in keyport nj. Store#3255. On June 3 at 620pm. The drive thru agent yelled at me and my two year old daughter when I told him I was missing food. He proceeded to throw food at me and I had to bring my child inside and speak to someone else to correct my order. By then, my food was cold and my child was in tears. I would like a refund of my order.

I’ve ordered from here quite a few times, food is good but they always get my order wrong. Sometimes they forget things, sometimes they just give me the wrong food. At one point they gave me a hamburger when I ordered a chicken sandwich.

Ive been living down the street from this Wendys for 3 years and NEVER had the experiences I’m having lately. I was told today that in order to have my party pack mixed there would be an extra charge and that was never the case before, I got over charged and my burger was raw. I asked for extra ice and told that would be an extra charge. I was told to move up to wait for my $25 order and the worker brings out a $5 biggie bag….ummm… honey I know you don’t need a college degree to work at Wendys but don’t you think something is a little off here? Im calling corporate tomorrow.

its crazy how every single time i come here there is a problem, to the point where im not coming back to this wendys, today i went there and asked for a bacon pub burger with no honey mustard and no pickles, then i got a baconator with no mayo, first burger had both and extra pickles, and the baconator had extra mayo, top and bottom bun, the nuggets we got were literally hard, AND they gave us a size smaller cup then what we ordered. like how do you manage to mess up every single thing on the order, but this wendys consistently does it. also no way this store has so many 5 stars id put money on it that its bots or workers leaving those 5 stars

Ordered a bacon cheese burger fir carryout. When I opened the wrap I discovered an old dried up burger consisting of a piece of cheese and a dried up burger- nothing else. Horrible! Worst I’ve ever experienced! Never again!

I wish there was a real Wendy’s nearby. The food here tastes old and is nearly always cold, flavorless if you even get your correct order. Takes 30 min every time to just order at the drive thru when there are maybe 2 cars in front of you. Today, this was my “cheeseburger”. Just say you ran out!! Or melt it at least. Surprised corporate hasn’t shut this one down.. they desperately need to be on one of those restaurant takeover shows. Consistently bad 🙁
