Would give 0 stars due to the lack of good service. It was good before but now it’s bad. Me and my family have been ordering for years in this place and the quality of the wings has gone down. I just wanted to share my last experience and the reason why is because the wings they served my family were in bad condition they had feathers and looked really bad. I will never eat here again. If you do I would reconsider. I’m not the type of person that post bad reviews but we are paying for what we want and I honestly don’t want my wings in bad condition and bad service from the cashier.

I almost never give a negative review but this is so bad it needs attention. Gordon Ramsay is screaming right now! The Chicken smelt like it was about to expire and the flavors are off, the french fries were totally rotten disgusting see the Picture attached! We waited over 30 minutes for the food only to find out the bag of food has been sitting on the shelf for a long time, so why ask for a name if you’re not going call out the customer’s nameout loud? This is unacceptable and corporate or the owner needs to work here for a week or two and observe and retrain everyone!

10 ppl currently in the lobby, I’ve been standing here for 6 minutes and no one has taken my order! There’s a family here with there children going on 30 minutes waiting on there order! There’s literally 6 employees in the back, including the cashier is re-stocking and cleaning! Wth! What happen to customer service and this is normally my favorite place! ☹️.. If y’all need more employees someone let me know! I have two tens at home eager to work!

Terrible customer service!! I ordered the boneless 20-piece bundle that came with 2 sauces. I get all the way home to realize i got no sauce. Had to drive all the way back, cause who likes wings without ranch or blue cheese?? He gave me the sauces, I asked if he would give me an extra ranch as well, and he says “I mean.. I’ll have to charge you for it.” You’re telling me that you’re unwilling to make up for my COLD FOOD by giving me a $1.50 dipping sauce. You failed to complete your job, and now i have to settle for reheated wing stop. Idk if you’ve ever had reheated wing stop, but it’s NOT good.. come on, people. I’ve been in the service industry for 5 years!! It’s not hard… do right by the customer. It’s so simple, and $1.50!!

Service here SUCKS. I got delivery and they messed the order up. I called and was immediately placed on hold without a word and after being on hold for over 15 min I drove up there still on hold and went inside still on hold. Look, mistakes happen but it’s called customer service. An apology, something , anything. And I got nothing. So poor customer service, got to pay for delivery and a tip only to have to go up myself and get it corrected and not one word about it. I will never go to this location again.
