Guacamole brown inside portion contianer (meaning been sitting for at least a day in container) not fresh at all. Got order around 1130 AM- soda machine had limited choices as they rarely fix or change carbonation/syrup boxes. No one greets you when you come in. It’s sad to say the least.

I got mixed experience with this place. Some times it is OK. Other times, I got inconsistent portion (size) depending on who is serving. For instance, see the picture attached for a mini bowl. It is not nearly full and weighs only 6oz. You tell me if it is worth $7.16 (without tip).

Tried their Family menu! Food was filling. Chicken was crunchy! Queso with chips was mouthwatering! 5 star for food but front desk denied the free chips under my rewards account. Regular customer take a note not all of things in rewards can’t be redeemed at store.

Seems to prioritize walk-in orders over mobile orders so people who order ahead of time still have to wait. They are short staffed so I understand if it takes a minute, but I strongly believe that if someone comes in for a mobile order and it’s not ready, all effort should be put forth into getting that mobile order out as soon as possible (regardless of if it holds up the main line). This is not the case at this location. Also, big red flag driving by and seeing all inside lights on and open sign on at 1am when they are obviously closed. Makes me wonder if the door was even locked since there appeared to be so little effort being put into other parts of closing.

They served a much smaller portion as compared to other Qdobas have been recently, very cheap when adding anything, when asked to add a little more, they frown upon giving any more, poor attitude, had to tell them to change gloves and then was met with attitude. Very poorly run, very slow to respond to customers, no one had any sense of urgency . Please do not go here, you will still leave hungry.

Been there several times recently for dinner and it is never busy. Came to realize that’s probably because the food quality varies from mediocre to barely edible. Overcooked meat, undercooked rice, soggy veggies, dry salsa, etc. Also not properly cleaned. Gave 2 stars since employees are nice. I’ll be eating elsewhere now.

Ordered a burrito bowl with guacamole through the app and it came with a big piece of avacado! I can’t understand how they missed this! Wife’s order was also sloppily prepared: sides were missing, the lid wasn’t closed properly and no spoons in the bag. Food tasted ok, but overall a disappointing experience.

This location is in total disrepair, and every surface is less than clean. The dining area is barely filled and yet somehow every table is covered in left over food and the floor is just as bad.
