Waited over 40 minutes just to receive wrong order, the front cashier Minca denied giving me the wrong order. Multiple unhappy customers while I was there and she was no help to anyone after she messed up all our orders. Sucks this location was good a couple Months ago not anymore !

I’m blind and I have a service/guide dog. They did not want me to stay and eat because I have a service dog. This location is discriminative against people with disabilities. They tried calling the police on me but they weren’t successful. They told them that they couldn’t do anything because it’s against the law, I stayed and ate anyway because they couldn’t kick me out and I able to eat like everyone else do not eat or order from this location. They deserve to work with the public.

I go this Wingstop EVERY WEEK, usually customer service is great. I have minimal problems and if I do they solve is correctly and throughly. I don’t know what happened to the old workers but BRING THEM BACK. The cashier couldn’t understand me, and could not speak English. No disrespect, but then she should not be a cashier. I ordered all flats, drove home, just to find out they gave me drums??? When I get back, I ask them if I could get some sort of compensation. They offer to give me an extra five wings, so I ask them for another ranch to go with that, and then have the nerve to say “next time, you need to pay.” Well next time get my order correct. I like the old workers better, and none of them can speak English, so it was pretty difficult to have a conversation. I have never had an experience like this, I don’t even want to order if they’re there anymore

Table at the back was rocking like crazy, will probably break at some point and the table was greasy! Had not been cleaned. Floors were slippery!! Very dangerous someone’s going to fall. Food is good

I would rate it zero stars if I could. I ordered through their website at 920PM. Was told it would be under 50 minutes to delivery. Then received a text saying it would be delivered by DoorDash. If I had known that I would not have ordered as I know DoorDash orders take much longer to arrive than standard food delivery. The Wingstop site to track your order still says 43-48 minutes at 1010PM. If you track the order from DoorDash it shows a total order prep and delivery time of 70+ minutes – not the 50 minutes they quote on their site when they collect your credit card information and process your payment. Beware – your food will not arrive at the time promised and it will probably be less than warm.

Always garbage! 3 times there & the last time was only because I didn’t want to take a chance driving up to Sauce & Toss in Zion ( bomb by the way) in a blizzard. I had a feeling I’d be disappointed & they proved me right. Other Wingstops are good, just not this 1. Never again, even if it’s a blizzard & I have a taste for wings I’ll take my chances going elsewhere.

I don’t know what happened to my review, but we got wings a couple weeks ago and they were horrible! They had absolutely NO taste! Blah-zae!!! I ordered Hawaiian and my fiancee got hot. We got plain and plain. There was no sauce on either one. No seasoning on them either!
