I ordered out and got the BOGO burger deal. When I got there no one was at the front but anytime a server past by me they made sure to ask if I was helped. It didn’t take long for me to get helped and while I was waiting for my order a separate server asked if I would like a drink while I waited. Overall the service was amazing and super friendly. The food was amazing considering it was $25 for 4 burgers. I have no complaints.

Delivery orders are consistently wrong. If you order something without an ingredient, they put extra and exclude an ingredient that was supposed to stay on the food. It almost feels deliberate. Ordered 4 burgers the exact same way and all 4 were made worng, but in a different way for each one? Food is sloppy and ingredients are definitely not fresh. Lettuce and onions look disgusting all the time. Seriously, save yourself the aggravation and disgust and just stay away from this place.

Ordered the first time and got someone else’s order with my receipt on the bag. Got the refund then ordered again to find out that it must’ve been a sign from God not to order after the first time since the burgers are obviously expired frozen patties. I’m sadly eating hot cheetos and drinking Welch’s grape juice. Don’t order from here. Honestly Smoke Bones has way better food and idk why the company agreed to this 3rd party restaurant.

We ordered through Uber eats and ordered 2 Burgers and a large fry. Unfortunately we did not receive our burgers and the fries were INEDIBLE due to the dump truck load of salt on them, and I really like salt so this was not a personal preference thing. On top of them being way over seasoned, they were all unevenly cooked with some of them still being raw and crunchy in the center. Uber refunded us for the burgers and when I politely called to inform the restaurant of the situation, the manager on duty was almost dismissive and rushed me off the phone. I’d give 1 star if I was not refunded but I will not order from here again. This place will forever been known as The Disappointing Burger Exerience to me.
