This was my first & LAST time at this location. My experience was so bad that I had to leave a review. The customer service was trash. The manager barked at the employees and was very demanding and disrespectful. I feel he was throwing his authority around being that he was the manager. I could see why the employees energy & customer service was poor because I would absolutely hate to work under someone’s leadership who acts in that manner. I understand you need order, but there is always a better way to ensure that. He’s also very loud, which is disturbing, especially at the latter part of your day. When I walked in, I was barely greeted, which I will say the manager had to constantly tell the employees to do. One of the ladies asked me “what can I get for you” over the counter, so I told her I would like to order because she was no where near the register. This is when I should have left. The manager comes up to the register and begins talking to one of his employees (completely ignoring the fact that I am standing there waiting to order). The lady who asked me what I needed had to tell him twice that I was still trying to order. At this point there are other customers walking in and the manager is greeting them and has yet to ring in my order. When he finally decides to take my order, he asks if I want to make it a meal (which I also shouldn’t have done given there was barely anything to choose from.) He “rung up” the order and I guess he called himself being finished without telling me the amount for the order. So I am looking at the card reader to see how much it is. It showed up as 10.26 so I was looking in my purse for the 26 cents. Now he is rushing me to give him my payment. I told him “I’m looking for some change”. He proceeds to say “I don’t need no change, I need $15.” (Another point where I should have just walked out). I’m guessing it took a little more time to load and the amount went up to $14.67. So I handed him $20. Yes, I thought the price was steep but I was too tired after the long day I’ve had to worry about it. He hands me back $5 without the change and tells me to have a nice day, mind you, I still have to wait for my food which was made very messy. You shouldn’t assume it’s okay to keep someone’s change. I don’t care if it is a penny- he added a donation without even asking me). After the experience I had, I didn’t even have the energy to try to get a refund. Honestly if I could give this store zero stars I would.

This place was awesome. Six of us so not gonna lidt everyone’s order, but lemme say it was fast, correct, delicious, good value, and a pleasant surprise from expectations. Management was very friendly and came at an appropriate amount of time after we started eating to check on us and make sure that everything was satisfactory. The place is immaculately clean. All staff was super friendly. Just a great quick lunch!

Much appreciated. They were not quite open but let me in. I needed something for breakfast. Im a trucker parked at walmart about to start my day. The bread was fresh and so good. I watched the manager check the quality and freshness of the turkey before making my sub. Soo deliscious and fresh. The attitude of the two people working there was positive mixed with awesomeness. Thank yall very much. You really helped making my day a great start. 110% that crew gave this morning. Place was clean, bathroom was clean. Fast friendly service. The bread was super fresh and soooo goid.

They have the best subs I have ever tasted and it is prepared fresh with very good ingredients well seasoned also the service is excellent I have been here several times and always greeted at the door staff is very friendly. I high recommend this place for a really good sub sandwich.
