Had the dorito’s cool ranch beef papadia, cinnamon pull apart, and large epic stuffed crust. Pizza and the pull apart were on point. The papadia, not so much. Burnt on both sides and was super soggy where it wasn’t burnt. I was already home before I found out. Will try again to see if it was a fluke.

Always a solid choice for pizza whether it be carry out or delivery. We have been ordering from Papa John’s for years and we love this location. It is close to our residence and the service and quality is always spot on. I always use the mobile app and the ability to earn papa dough throughout your purchases is great. You always know you are going to get a quality pizza with them. One time they forgot my cheese cups I ordered, I called and they gave me a credit for the exact same order for next time. Great customer service!!

The service was okay but I had to leave without ordering one day because I saw an employee go from making food to taking money and then back to making food without cleaning their hands. This probably happens at a lot of restaurants but was more noticeable here since it’s not a drive-thru. For anyone working around food, please wash your hands regularly.

If I could give zero stars I would. Placed an online order at 7:00pm, received email confirmation my order was received and would be delivered in 30-45 min. At 8:30 I still haven’t received my order and tracked my order and says it’s still being made so I called the store and got a voicemail the location closed at 8:00pm. My order was placed within business hours and my credit card was charged with no service. Great job!

Ordered online, it said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Went to check after 30 minutes and they told me it would be another hour and a half. For one thin crust pizza. I asked the cashier if he could cancel it and yeah no problem.

I Ordered a couple items from the menu and after waiting an hour for my items to be delivered I called the store only to find out that my delivery was offloaded to door-dash person resulting in me never receiving my order. In addition to this I was informed that nothing excpet for a refund could be done about the situation because apparently the manager on duty fully closed the store an entire hour before the posted close time. Being short-staffed is no excuse for this kind of negligence.

I have ordered from this store MANY times. I finally can no longer bring myself to order from this location and will order from now on at the Hwy 160 location. The pizza was never a problem until lately it seems like most of the pizza has huge bubbles everywhere. I ended up writing a review about my last experience on another site. The staff is always friendly in store (they do NOT follow Covid precautions) but the staff outside I have walked up on having very inappropriate conversations to be standing right outside the door. I’m not one to care about that kind of thing usually but they are not even around the corner, they are literally right outside the door. When I walk up to go in, they don’t even bother pausing the story until I walk in. I cannot bring my daughter with me to pick it up because there seems to always be a group of team members outside using language and speaking of things I would rather my 9 year old not listen to. Disappointed to say the least.
