Veg fried rice was great. Pot Stickers were inedible. Service was lacking, took 7 minutes for someone to come to the register and get the name on the order. Was told 25 minutes on the phone, took almost 40 minutes.

There are new owners!!!! I have been going to this restaurant for about 20 years. I’ve moved out of the area, so when I come to visit my Mom, Wu’s Garden is always a special treat. Today I went in and the lady at the front desk was gone! The new young lady informed me the original owners retired and they were the new owners. She assured me the cooks and recipes were the SAME. All lies. The food is all different. It’s not good food. Such a let down . The Sweet and sour chicken is almost burnt with a different more dense dry batter. The fried rice is dry and flavorless. Pot stickers are soggy, and thick like pancake batter. I am devastated I have lost my life long favorite Chinese restaurant!!!!

Ordering is a rough process especially over the phone, better to just point at the menu there using the numbers on the menu. Language barriers aside the lady was trying really hard so you could only feel for her perusing the American dream, very courteous. The food here used to be really good, but last time I was in it seems things aren’t doing so well. Food was just a bit overcooked which for fried food leaves it really crunchy and pot stickers dry.

Food was terrible, the lady was super rude and difficult to deal with. She couldn’t figure out how to run my credit card in her machine and kept scolding me about it and on top of it, gave herself a 15% tip on my credit card.

That one women who always on a race with the orders should be credited more. I went there today and the amount of phones ringing and people there look overwhelming to her. Even though she apologized towards every costumer. I would not blame her cause she only takes the order, she doesn’t make the food. I left the place tipping her and in a voice where people around me could hear, I repeated what once my 8th grade teacher has said, “your actions speak volumes about you.” Before I completely left I saw this a couple of people notice what I said and tipped her too.

Great food but needs a phone person with communication skills, the order process is terrible, almost cancelled order last time because they didn’t understand me. They could double their business if they hire someone for that department instead of trying to do everything themselves. Still giving 5 stars for the food.

Stopped into pick up lunch. I ordered beef with panfried noodles, beef fried rice. The beef was so fatty we had to keep spitting out. It was disgusting.

I ordered crab rangoon,small orange chicken and fried rice. Paid over $20 . Food doesn’t taste good at all. Everything was horrible. I couldn’t even eat it. Honestly didnt even look good. Wouldn’t recommend going here.
