Popeyes, like a lot of other fast food franchises have gone downhill. Service and food sucks! I ordered a 3 piece and the leg could not have come from a chicken, maybe a pidgeon! I threw it away and wasted my money! You have to ask for a napkin, straw, and anything extra! Everybody has an attitude. I only eat fast food when absolutely necessary!

Unprofessional staff. My son & I went through the drive thru. Tried to place an order, but the system glitched before we could finish. Either that or the person taking the orders grew tired of our questions. After sitting for a few minutes without someone coming back on the intercom, we decided to drive around. There was an even longer line of cars waiting in front of us. We waited in line for 15-20 min, just to get to the only window and have it rudely explained to us that no orders would be taken at the window, and we would have to “go back around”. I asked for the manager, the male worker with plaits & mustache, who was also the rude explainer, mumbled something, chuckeled and never produced the manager. The person taking the orders thru the headset was wearing a du-rag. He seemed to think that asking for the manager was comical as well. To add injury to insult, the person taking money at the window never apologized for the ridiculously long wait. This location needs adult supervision. All I saw was a bunch of kids with attitudes and inappropriately dressed for work. I will not be patronizing this location again.

Order from their app. The app selected this restaurant for delivery so instead of denying my order the let it sit as “preparing order” they made my DoorDash driver wait for almost and hour. Just for them to tell my Dasher that they are closing early.

Not many food options to choose from. Not very nice service. They have no manners and they talk so quiet to where you can’t hear them. Their soda is very watered down, and when you say something about it they have an attitude. Barely give you any sides in your meal. Overall i would avoid this place.

There’s always an issue every time I have visited this location. One visit I was asked to pull forward and wait for the order and never came. I went inside after close to 30min had passed. Staff was rude. Next visit my order was incomplete. Today, I placed a big order and after waiting a while (not knowing why the delay) I was informed their card machine was not working. After a few attempts I had to ask them to remove some of the order to pay with what I had in cash or cancel the order all together. I was not returned the money and they started removing items to bring order down. The staff was not customer service friendly nor apologetic for the inconvenience or delay. Terrible service. Never again. I will go to a different location from now on.

Had a terrible experience at this location at the food court location at St Charles mall. My wife ordered a classic chicken sandwich and requested a freshly made one. There were three pre made sandwiches that were already wrapped. My wife requested one that has not been wrapped, she had been in line for close to 10 minutes. The general manager,Wayne Brown refuse the request so my wife asked for a refund. We told him we have been going to this location since they opened 29 years ago and never had a problem. Mr Brown overtly implied that we had a problem with him because we were racist. He said that he had the right to deny a customer request and told us never come back to his store . He was very arrogant and disrespectful. We did not stoop down to his level and acted civilly. We have filed a complaint to corporate and hope to get a satisfactory response.
