Had an issue where I ordered my meal online and was told my food would be ready in 12 minutes. I don’t live that far away so I waited and went to another store to get some other items I needed while in town. Upon arrival it had been over 40 minutes since I ordered and paid for my meal. I tell the associate I’m here to pick up my online order and wad told they never received an online order. They asked me if I may have ordered at another location accidentally, but I had the email of my receipt on my phone and showed them the order number, the time I ordered, the items I ordered, proof that I paid for the order already, and showed that it was in fact from their store. Normally I’d rate lower for this mistake but it’s technology. Things happen and I’m sure had they received the order it would have been there waiting for me. The associate got the manager and explained the situation. I hand him my phone and he punched in the order number from the email on my phone and it came right up. He told the staff to rush my order since it had been nearly an hour since I ordered which put me ahead of all orders inside and drive thru. I believe I waited about 5 minutes from that point and my order wad handed to me. The staff was nice, manager went above expectations to fix the error, everything I ordered was in my bag and the food was great so overall it was a pleasant experience. Definitely recommend this location. Hopefully the online thing doesn’t happen to anyone else, but in the event it does they’ll make it quick and they’ll make it right! 5 stars.

My salad was fresh and delicious. The staff person, Passion, that took my order was courteous and had the kindest smile. My husband and kids loved the chicken/fries/toast. Service was fast. But most of all, when I left my purse and did not realize it until the next day, the staff had it safe and sound in the manager’s office. Nothing was missing! I am so grateful for their integrity and professionalism! We will be back next time we travel through Woodruff for a soccer tournament! But next time, I will remember to leave with my purse!! Well as most places it’s just getting harder to get quality food when u eat out.Went here for lunch and ordered the 3 piece lunch with Cole slaw instead of fries. Glad I ate inside. When I got my order, slaw did not taste fresh, did not eat and only 2 fingers on plate, had to show cashier which she quickly remedied but just want good food and service when I spend my hard earned money.

Can you guys ever get an order right? There aren’t many options in woodruff so we eat here once a month or so but that is coming to an end. Repeatedly getting home to find that every single entree we ordered is incorrect is exhausting and we will definitely take this off our dinner rotation. We didn’t even order it special… you guys can’t even make it the regular way it’s supposed to come. 2/5 bc even though we waited 15 mins, the food is warm but wrong.

Always wait 20 to 30 minutes more for my food even after I order online. I drive to another store 10 minutes farther just to avoid the location where I live. Y’all need to either shut it down or sell it to another franchise owner bc whoever runs this one is clueless. I got a salad, and it had 1 chicken tender cut up into little shreds. 1. I paid $10 for a bunch of lettuce. Pathetic. Never will go here again. Awful.

I went there around 9:45 and was immidately told to hold on. After about two minutes I order, but waited a while and only had two cars ahead of me. I ordered tea and they said they didn’t have any. I also asked for extra zax sauce and was charged for it. However I get home and there is no zax sauce in the bag and not even the standard one that comes in the box. The toast is barely buttered or toasted. The fries are not seasoned at all and some are hard crispy pieces. I likely won’t be back to this Zaxbys for the poor service and not even getting what I asked, and was charged, for or what I wanted for that matter.

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would!!!! I’ve sat in line for 15 to 20 mins to order then get pulled to the side to wait for my order ONLY to be forgotten about!!!!! Then tonight I waited in line for 10 mins at the speaker no one ever took our order NO ONE WAS IN LINE IN FRONT OF ME AS I DRIVE OFF TO GO ELSEWHERE THE LITTLE GIRL RUNNING THE WINDOW WAS STANDING THERE PLAYING ON HER PHONE!!!!!!

Ordered 3 cookies at 7:30. 8:15 still haven’t gotten them. They said they were too hot to give to us. We left. Every time we go to this location, there is an issue. We spend a lot of money there. My grandson worked there and after he quit our food is always wrong.
