Ordered our food around 8:30 pm, got a chicken tender dinner which is supposed to come with 5 tenders. Got 3, one onion ring and soggy fries, ordered a slushee and it didn’t taste like anything but ice, no sauces, we even ordered extra things like pretzel stick and jalapeño bites and the cheese didn’t come with the pretzel. Tired of Douglas food chains being so awful.

This is the sorriest Sonic in Douglas Georgia I’ve ever seen in my life me and my wife went to the Sonic on 6/14/23 she ordered a mobile pickup order before we even got there we got there at 8:45 I pushed the button the guy come on the speaker told him we had a mobile pick up order what name it was and he replied be right out well 28 minutes later I hit the button to ask how much longer it would be the woman told me be ready in a minute my food had been sitting on the counter long enough for it to be cold and my milkshake was completely melted they take more time texting on their phones making employees their milkshakes then the customers Yes you heard me right I think it was the general manager had them to fix him a milkshake a large before he left while we were still sitting there waiting for our food and milkshake no need to call the manager I have talk to her before about something similar to this she told me there was nothing she could do about it so I’m going to call the corporate office and see if they can do anything about it and I’m going to send them the video that I recorded of employees playing on their phones making milkshakes for other employees while customers paying customers are having to wait 30 to 40 minutes just to get cold food and melded milkshakes!!!!!!

There is no one here and it has taken them over 30 minutes to make my small order and while sitting here waiting I have seen car go in and out of driver thru that pulled up and order and left before I got my order to find out my order has been sitting on the counter this whole time and the food is completely cold and the drink is half melted

I got a milkshake and it was pure liquid and it was like drinking chocolate milk not worth the money for this item and the chili dogs were really good and the corn dogs but the fries arent crispy at all and even if you order ahead it takes forever to get your order and i am not going to go into if something was wrong or need condiments because they act like you a bothering them by even saying something

Went on the night of May 2nd because my Wife who is diabetic wanted a few snacks and a sugar free drink we get to the speaker box and already have an employee just sighing every time we order a single item and by the time we finally get to the window to get our order we wait for a very long time for only 3 small things one of which is a sugar free limeade I double checked with the employee to make sure it was sugar free which ended up having sugar in it anyway and shot my wife’s blood sugar up to 315 needless to say even with the new management we won’t be coming back for a while if that’s how well we were treated for only 3 items
