Order under pizza an hour and a half an advance. When to pick it up at the time we were given. When I arrived, they told me it would be an additional hour. That there was nothing they could do because they had a lot of orders. While I understand but mine was ordered an hour and a half before I went to pick it up. So for more of a wait time that was dumb. Their was also a huge wait time with alot of other people waiting.

Unfortunately a bad experience, I felt the bad vibe when I walked in, someone was having an issue and there were two cash registers with 3 people on the front. After waiting like 10 minutes in line and placing my order Knowing that it will take another 20 minutes to be ready I decided to give this place a change. I came back about 25 minutes after, just to find out my order was not ready. After another 10 minutes they gave it to me and the order was wrong. I was very patient and said I will wait. The problem was that orders kept coming out but mine didn’t. After an hour of waiting I decided to cancel, but the guy didn’t know how to do a refund. At this point I had lost it. So I ended up waiting for the pizzas

I have been coming to Little Ceasars at this specific location for the past year and have not had any problems. The staff has been efficient and ni e. Usually, I order on the app it’s easier and more convenient. When I come to pick up, my order is ready.

This place never puts the pizza in the pizza portal, so I always have to wait in line to get the pizza. Which is what I try to avoid while ordering through the portal lol The teenagers that work here are also kind of don’t care about anything, I get minimum wage, minimum effort, I respect that, but like at least do the bare minimum and load the pizzas in the pizza portal please. It’ll also save you from having to talk to people.

I ordered on the app and my food was basically done when it said it would be… but that’s not the problem. Why would somebody do this?!? My first pizza was a little undercooked but my second pizza was soggy, undercooked, and soaked in jalapeño juice. All I asked for was some jalapeños, not a whole jar! I’ll never come to this location again. Absolute dumpster of a Little Ceasars.

It’s always busy, they don’t have a line for pick up, so I waited with everyone that was ordering. Sometimes the portal isn’t working properly. Poor kids always look so miserable, so customer service isn’t great.
