Becareful, went thru drive thru got a signature ice latte. Was drinking it when something became stuck in the straw, found a wad of paper towel in the bottom of the cup stuck to the straw. Contacted dunkin about the issue, was told someone from the store would contact me no one ever did. Not to apologize, replace the drink or to reassure there was no bodily fluids from someone wiping their nose or mouth on that paper towel. #dunkin NEEDS TO DO BETTER

I love coming here because they always get my order right and they’re always kind:-) sometimes they’re slow- but that’s normal. Especially with staffing issues and new employees learning. I wish I knew the names of the kind people in the drive thru so I could let their managers know that I love seeing their smiling faces:) keep up the good work!!

I’m not a big fan of the pastries, I’m sure they are good. It’s the coffee I like. Don’t waste money elsewhere on gourmet $5 dollar coffee, their regular coffee is always fresh and much better than the competition. Every now and then I splurge but the regular coffee is just fine for me. Good price. Quite. Nice place to sit and chat with friends

Was told that they will no longer allow oat milk in place of regular milk because of “allergies” and they have to use the same machine. They literally have it as an option on the menu and I’ve been ordering it that way for months. So what of us with milk allergies? I guess that is just too bad. Edit: They did reach out to me, apologized and said they’d inform the employees how to do this properly. So I appreciate that.

Awful customer service. Pulled into the drive thru (we were literally the only people there) and politely asked for a few moments to look at the menu. As I was about to order, the person working the drive thru says, “Are you ready yet?! It’s already been 60 seconds.” I left and drove down the street to Tim Hortons. I would understand if they were extremely busy or if they had been waiting for like 5 minutes but I really don’t think 60 seconds is that long to decide on what I want to order and we were seriously the only people in the parking lot.
