This establishment is absolutely fantastic. The pizza tastes great, the service is great, your order is always on time. They have a great special daily called the lunch special, two slices of their delicious pizza & a 20 oz. beverage. I have gone to this Jet’s several times & will continue to go due to how great they are. I honestly recommend this place to everyone who loves good pizza.

Pizza ok, service ummmm they were text me after I pick up my order to tell me that they make my order and they were waiting fir me to pick up, later after I send them prof that I ready pick up, they say it was a mistake they did my order twice… annoying..

After getting home, we realized one of the pizzas was incorrect, we received 2 of the same pizzas when one was supposed to be without green pepper. I called back and informed them. The lady said they would remake the pizza for pick up. Shorty after the women actually called us back to say the two cooks remember making one without green pepper and I would need to take a picture to prove it. One of the pizzas was being eaten so we wouldn’t have had a comparison . We were going to take the picture and asked where to send it when we were placed on the extended hold for a second time. It is completely insulting to the customer. Why would we inconvenience ourselves in the middle of trying to feed young kids and prepare Thanksgiving dinner to make a second trip to the restaurant for the pizza we ordered. It was their mistake they couldn’t even take accountability and respect the paying customer. We will never go back.

I never post reviews but this used to be my favorite pizza place for many years, so I feel like I must speak out. It has been going down hill for a long time, and now they are refusing to accept reward points that loyal customers like me have been saving up. This is coupled with a sharp decline in the food quality, as well as service that has dropped dramatically. Just close the store down already and save everyone the hassle. I’ll be ordering from other local pizza places and avoiding this overpriced headache from now on.

Jets pizza is generally great. However, I did not have a good experience with this location. Ordered 8 corner pizza, hot wings with blue cheese (extra $0.99 charge), and salad. I was not informed that they were out of wings until I arrived to pick up order. They refunded the wings, however I discovered that they still included the blue cheese and charged for it. Why would I still want the blue cheese without the wings? I order 1 half of the 8 corner pizza with green pepper and pepperoni and the other half cheese only. I received a pizza with green pepper on 1 half and pepperoni on the other half.

I ordered two pizza’s with boneless wings which never arrived. When I called to check on my order I was told it was “on it’s way”. 45 minutes later we had to leave for a function for my kids. I called back and said I wanted the order canceled because we had to leave. I was told the order was marked “DELIVERED”. Then I was told that the driver was in an accident but that I would get a credit back on my credit card. Guess what didn’t happen?? No credit back. $50 for nothing but attitude. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.
