Went there today July 13th, 2023 around 6pm waited an hour for food. Told my husband he should of just left. A woman working there on drugs or something moving very slow messed our order up. Took forever. Service has been going down at this location. Very frustrated.

I was very impressed with this place and the excellent customer service that they had here. Upon entering, all of the workers were busy helping the drive-thru and cooking. But one woman, turned to greet me and acknowledge that I was there and she said she would be right there, to take my order. I was very impressed with that, because a lot of places, the cooks do not talk, smile or even acknowledge guests! Then a few seconds later, a cashier came and took my order. She was also very nice, even though they were very busy at the time. After taking my order, and we went to sit down to wait, the same lady who was preparing the food (maybe a manager or team leader of some sort) apologized for the wait time and gave us some cinnamon sticks and a blue slush treat, for my little one who was with me. Then she gave me a cup to get a drink for myself! She was very apologetic about the long wait time, but I really was not waiting all that long! It was a very great experience! She made our food and we left very happy, because of the great service and the great food! I think this is the best customer service I have ever gotten at any Taco Bell and I highly recommend them! 🙂

Opposite of fast food. Slow drive thru and slow inside. Do yourself and favor and find another Taco Bell or taco place cause you will be waiting for a long time at this place. I’ve been coming here and today was the longest wait of 30 minutes for a mobile order. Only reason I got it even at that time was because I asked for a manager.

The manager that was on shift about 9pm -10 I was in drive threw the line was not moving at all I stayed in line for bout 30 min till I got to speaker to order my food she never came to speaker the car in front of me left so I drove up to window I don’t see any workers it was because they were all out side yall are Pathetic I told them they should be doing work they started cursing including manager in Grey shirt standing by her Buick talking bout she don’t care if I called corporates will never do business here again
