Disappointed. Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I asked for a Crunchwrap supreme. Got a crunch wrap delite. Manager said this is how we make them thank you good bye. Oh ok. Skip this place if you’re looking for something quick with value.

I went by the taco bell on the west side of Manhattan, it had two cars in the parking lot and a line out onto the street for drive up. This was before noon and I tried to get into the lobby and it was closed. When I left the truck at the end of the line had not moved. When I got to the east store. The lobby was running over and four cars at the drive up. Less than 5 minutes I had my food.

Lobby is closed and that’s how I mark it store closed.I decline orders to deliver from here. Both stores have closed lobbies, due to no staff. They must be going bankrupt if they can’t up the wages to keep employees or they have a piss poor district manager to work for. Ours always stepped up when time got tough. Sorry the staff has to take the blunt of it while someone hides behind a desk.

Much better than the west side, but turn off the Grab And Go option in the app if the lobby is closed. My food was cold by the time I got it because I had to sit in the drive through for 30 minutes after the app said my food was ready to be picked up.

Went through the drive through at lunch and I didn’t have to wait as long as I use to. I mean I was able to get lunch and be able to eat it before going back to work. It use to be I was eating my food on the way back to work.

This store has gone downhill since COVID. Their lobby is almost never open, and the drive through takes an hour or more to get through. It’s absurd that every other fast food business has figured out how to open the lobby, but Taco Bell can’t.

I will say the service was very fast. However, the “gentleman” at the window was extremely short with us and not the most friendly. They weren’t even busy so there wasn’t even an excuse in my opinion. He forgot to give us our drinks and my crunch wrap which was suppose to have meat in it did not. Overall I’m very disappointed. I understand being under staffed but this is a little ridiculous.
