Cancro Special
Provolone, roast beef and pepperoni. In the summer of ’74, the Pepsi delivery man requested a curious combination of provolone, roast beef, and pepperoni. Peter Cancro’s brother, John, liked the sandwich so much, he gave it the family name and a menu spot of its own.

It hits the spot when I’m in the mood for it. An efficient amount of meat/veg to bread, best when hot. Staff needs to be more attentive to customers when entering the store. I had to initiate interaction and explain I was there for an online pickup. Even then it was just handing me my sub with no communication aside from responding to me.

This location has really went down. Pay attention when they are making your sandwich because they will leave things off and then when you call to let them know, they ask did you order it that way!! Really?!!! Service is terrible! I use to go to this location all the time but this is the last time. I will take my business elsewhere. Terrible!!

The store was dirty. The female who took our initial order had resting bit.. face and an attitude to go with it, and the lettuce they piled on our subs was brown, completely. When asked about the lettuce the response was “yeah, it was like that yesterday too.” Not a fan. Won’t be going back.

This last time ordering here was the nail on the coffin for me. I ordered online for carryout. I specifically requested oil and vinegar on the side of my subs – directions were ignored and they put the oil and vinegar on the subs. I like to do it myself bc they put too much and the subs were basically inedible. To add insult to injury, the bread was stale. What a rip off for the price they charge. I at least expect basic instructions to be followed and for the food to be fresh. I will literally never be back.

I ordered their new giant mushroom sub for $19.06. I was given the Philly Steak sub instead. I got it all the way home and took a bite before I realized the mistake. It was bland and smelled less than appetizing.

We went here for the first time after reading the reviews about incorrect orders and staff seemingly not friendly and figured we would try our luck. When we arrived you could already tell they were understaffed and seemed stressed which is no fault to the employees. Although we didn’t get smiles or greetings upon walking in, the young girl behind the register was having an issue with the register and was obviously trying her best to solve the issue while being mindful of the line at register getting longer.
