I have never had such a bad experience at little Ceasars. When I went in today I ordered on the mobile app, the app didn’t update when the food was ready so I was waiting in the parking lot unnecessarily. Also, when I got my food, the employees forgot the crazy sauce that I paid $2 extra for, which that’s fine! I understand people make mistakes, except when I mentioned it to the guy up front, he wanted to argue with Me and say I didn’t have a crazy sauce. At this point I went to my car and got my phone to show him that I did. When I opened the pizza (EMB) only %60 of the pizza had pepperoni and some slices only had 2 pepperonis on the entire slice, the pizza was soggy too…..I had better experiences when I was only paying $6 for this same pizza (extra most bestest).

My husband and I decided to grab our kids pizza and this location was just down the road so we decided to give them a shot. The pizza was great… light sauce, thin crust and crispy pepperoni all on point. Customer service was great! Zero complaints, in fact, we decided to make this our permanent pizza spot. So kudos to the two dudes doin all the work in the back, you dudes rock.

You know what you are getting with Little Caesars. The only thing that can be annoying is when they never seem to have hot and ready pizzas ready during the times they say they will be. You end up waiting 10 minutes or so which isn’t terrible, just slight annoying.

Unprofessional staff we got pizza Saturday night and paid with a cash app card due to I forgot my bank card at home, we paid $20.15 and Monday I got charged again for the total of $41.30 like if it was double charged again we tried to talk to the manager and the guy in the front was very rude saying “ your tripping “ there is no overcharge! and the manager refused to come out and talk to us ! The guy in the front had no customer service! Well $20 is not much but if you’re don’t pay attention to your charges that will add up, pay attention to your bank drafts.

I ordered my food ahead of time and did not receive it till about an hour later. They had the audacity to tell me it would be finished in a few minutes when they made it wrong and didn’t tell me. To apologize they said we could have crazy bread for free but did not receive and the ones we paid for were the size of my pinky finger. My pizza was not being heated while they fixed my order so I received cold pizza and dry wings.

The pizza is usually okay which is expected. This location is always filled and the waits are pretty long and drawn out . It’s best to order ahead of time. Little Ceasars is way better when you have a air fryer

Overcharged me and tried saying the computer did it. Couldn’t explain why and seemed like they didn’t want to correct it. Just left and won’t be back to that location. The girl seemed new and didn’t give me my receipt in the beginning so when I asked for it d had to get someone else to get it for me.

They seriously need more workers at this location, i don’t blame the 2 that where there they where overwhelmed and moving as fast as they could I placed an online order that i had no idea they had in the regular heated cabinet the whole time i sat there instead of being in the pick up machine because the thing is broken. Get them help! All the customers where surprisingly patient though.
