It took 45 minutes to get my food. I ordered through the app to “save time” but I was ignored. My app told me the food was still being prepared. Multiple button pushes and calling the store 5 times to no avail, I finally walked up to the drive thru window. I was told that there were no one who could bring me my food. Apparently their solution was hoping I would just leave. Just walk out and bring me my food. Horrible Service

I don’t have a sonic near me. I live an hour and 10min from this one, yet they are horrible. I ordered chili cheese tots. They repeated it back with price, I pulled to window, they charged a higher price than she told me. Said the girl did it wrong, and it was more. When they gave me the food, it was wrong. They gave me fries!! And no receipt. She threw it into the trash instead of handing or asking if I wanted it. They had a lot of workers but couldn’t get orders right. Taking a long time to get orders done. They just gave me my money back. Sad to go so far to just go to Wendy’s.

From the lady that took our order to how long it took to get our order, the look of the restaurant, the look of our food the taste of it, everything was just amazing to be a Sonic.
