Gross food tasted like cleaning chemicals. They got the order wrong, forgot part of the order completely, and horrible customer service. Never using this pizza hut again. If the managers can’t fire bad employees then the managers need to be fired.

I ordered a large meat lover’s pizza with extra cheese and jalapenos. When it was delivered by the pizza hut driver it was hot and a very heavy pizza. When I opened it half the pizza was smashed into the other side of the pizza. The driver must have slammed on her brakes. Plus the pan dough was doughy. So I called the store to reorder. The manager sent me another one with Doordash. The dasher couldn’t find my address, so when he arrived my pizza was cold. I ordered from pizza hut directly so instead of costing me $37 with tip, I had a coupon that saved me $10. If I’d have ordered from Doordash I wouldn’t have got another pizza and would have been out almost $37. Smh. I honestly don’t want to order from Doordash or pizza Hut anymore.

Ordered online and didn’t realize I turned the order in as a pickup so I called and ask them to please change it to delivery. So the guy that I spoke with told me it was going to be almost 5 bucks for delivery so okay no problem he fixed it then after hanging up my husband looks at what the pizza cost and realized they charged 12.95 for the delivery fee not 5$ . So I told him I would call after they delivered to see if they made a mistake because we always order the big box and it’s never been 50$ . Well go figure the delivery driver shows up and tells me I owe 28$ and some change hmmm I was like no way , I was charged 50$ already and that’s not right either. She called her manager and guess they realized it was a mistake and she dropped the pizza off and left. Never an apology or anything how they could fix it so guess what … I will no longer order from Pizza Hut again even as much as I love the big box with Alfredo sauce pizza simply because I don’t like it well enough to be charged at least 15 bucks more than we ever pay for it, plus left a tip for the driver. To many pizza places to settle for less than.

Did not have change for the money I handed them, the food was wrong, and it looked like there was something growing on the pizza why should I have to pay for something like that forced into giving money that could have been used better I’m definitely not going to order them again

I ordered a double pepperoni pizza. Checked order took screen shot. When I received order it was a plain cheese pizza. Driver was still here so I sent back and called store. The receipt on their end said NO pepperoni. At first I was told they would replace the cheese pizza with pepperoni. I had paid for it. Then they sent the same cheese pizza back. I called and was told they couldn’t replace my pizza. They wouldn’t even refund my money and let me reorder the pizza. I have never dealt with a business with so much disregard for customers. This must be saving them alot of money on pepperoni. The manager absolutely didn’t care about reputation of the business. Bad management.

Terrible experience. When I called, the lady answered and coughed in the phone like 4 times before she even said anything. I placed my order and was told it may take 1 hr 15 min – 1hr 30 min and 2 hours later nothing. I called and the manager said they had to void my order because he didn’t have a driver. Didn’t bother to call me so I could order anything else now everything is closed. They still charged me. Never using this store again and won’t be using pizza again, or a long time atleast. Back to Dominos!
