Used to eat nothing but dominoes but the waxhaw location screwed up so much we switched to Pizza Hut. Decided to try this location for the first time and to be honest the people that worked there are fine I have no issues with them. But for the money go to Pizza Hut across the street. Much better bang for your buck. I can’t believe dominoes charges extra for certain toppings. Just for trying to up charge every little thing I will no longer use dominoes. All the employees at this location should work for a different pizza joint.

Great staff, horrible management/ownership. Until everything runs smoothly, the franchise owner needs to be tossing pies every night with his/her team. These kids are overwhelmed and it’s not their fault, bad training, failed leadership is to blame with a dysfunctional human resources department.

Ordered online. App said pizza was delivered but it was not. Called the store and spoke with an individual who after 5 minutes told me that the driver accidentally hit delivered and I would still receive my order. 20 minutes later and more than an hour after ordering, still no pizza so I called again. Spoke with a different individual who flat out told me they did not know what to do. Eventually got them to cancel the order so we’ll see if the refund actually happens. ♀️ Overall a really poor experience. Guess we’ll stick with another brand from here forward!

Terrible service, by far the worst Domino’s location. First time I ordered the food was terrible. I thought OK this is a new location. Gave it another shot. Ordered I waited for my pizza for over two hours. When I called and they said that they were shortstaffed. Third time I ordered and this is my last time, the guy brought pizza and dumped it on the front porch that was soaking wet because we’re having rains didn’t even ring the doorbell. I found the pizza, cold and wet. I called in, and they said that the driver rang the doorbell which he did not because there were four people in the living room, not far from the front door, waiting for the pizza, listening for the doorbell. Ridiculous.

Terrible experience. This is a new location that I did not even realize I was ordering from. Placed order online which I thought went to the sun valley location. ( only found out this was wrong after looking up number ) email said 70-80 min. Called store after 100 min. Took numerous attempts to get through. Team member who answered had no answers to the delay and no solutions or reassurance. I was told my pizza was ready just waiting for a driver. No eta to when that would be. After making my disappointment known I was offered nothing for my troubles. ( even after asking and offering suggestions ) I was told that I would need to speak with a manager. When I asked to speak with one I was put on hold , only to be told he was to busy to speak to me. I understand staffing is an issue in today’s climate. If you can’t handle the orders do not take them. If you want to make it work try to offer some type of customer service. If you are behind let the customers know. Call, text, or email that there is a delay. If I knew what was going on with my order sooner , I could have made adjustments. Offer something in return for the inconvenience. Update your current order time to reflect the current situation. Not what you want it to be so you can capture more orders. Doing this will only hurt you in the long run. I will never order from this location again. And since I can’t choose the old location for delivery it looks like I won’t be ordering from dominos for the foreseeable future. Be better!

Ordered for the first time on Friday evening. Our order was delivered promptly, hot and most importantly it was correct! We’ve had issues in the past with other locations repeatedly omitting items from our order. And, the delivery driver was friendly and courteous. So glad we finally have a location in Wesley Chapel!
