The pizza was oily, each slice was soggy and hard to remove without falling apart. The antipasto salad ingredients were not properly drained and marinade liquids from the mushrooms, peppers and eggplant filled the entire container with a sour bitter mixture of which made the entire lettuce base limp and inedible. All this for more than fifty dollars, ($50) including tax, tip and delivery. I try to patronize smaller family businesses having worked in a “mom and pop” pizzeria. A little extra care and concern preparing customers food would go a long way. Remember, it’s the opinion of your “customers” that matters. Be fair, honest and Judge any business by your own personal experience.

My daughter’s 4th Birthday party was held here on Sunday, 3/19. We booked the party over a month ahead of time. At the party, my husband, my GUESTS and I had to bus tables, serve coffee and cake! Why did I pay $86 in gratuity if we did most of the work? Furthermore, we have called twice to speak to the manager/owner and both times the person we spoke to didn’t even apologize after hearing about our experience; and we have yet to hear back from the owner! We should have been called immediately- we weren’t able to complain to anyone there because no manager was present. There were only 3 people there- one cooking, one server for our party of 30! And one for the people dining in and out… this is unacceptable and should have been handled better. Unfortunately, we will not be returning due to the terrible service and customer service or lack there of. The food is great, but sorry customer service is key and they just don’t have it.
