I place my order for pick up and when the order was marked as ready, we started to leave and the order was immediately changed to completed. Thinking it was a glitch, my fiancee sat in car side pickup for 30 minutes. When I called the store to see where my order was the Manager told me 4 different lies to get out of giving me my food. First, was that we just weren’t there. (We live 2 minutes away and my car is bright yellow and was parked in front of their main window. The manager was looking at it while lying to me.) Next, she said that I put in the wrong car information (Proven false by the correct Color, Make and Model listed on my receipt.) Then she said that they couldn’t bring the order out to the car and that my fiancee had to go inside to get it. Ok. Fine. I just want my food. When my fiancee went inside, the manager told ANOTHER lie, stating that they didn’t have our order at all and that they gave it to someone else. My fiancee had to fight before the manager miraculously found our order. Overall, horrible service. I have reported this to corporate and will be going elsewhere in the future.

DON’T GO HERE!!! Do yourself a favor and drive right passed this store!! We had a TERRIBLE experience!! We had a simple car side order. I was sitting in front of the windows in a neon yellow car. I was there for 30 minutes…my fiancé called them and the manager answered. The manager lied 4 different times to us about our order and where it was. I went inside and I had to argue for 5 minutes before she finally “found” it. She was rude, lied to us FOUR TIMES, and she yelled at my fiancé over the phone! She should not be in customer service, let alone be a manager!

This store is PATHETIC. they don’t listen or follow instructions. Twice now they’ve placed the pizza outside and just left, giving plenty of time for TONS of ants to infest the entire pizza. Must be your common millennials working there

Called in order of 2 pizzas, thin crust- double pepperoni and a hand tossed 2 item pizza plus 1 topping – pepperoni, It.sausage and extra cheese – arrived for pickup, the monitor says my order is ready and they have me waiting because one of the pies did not get made. After waiting 15 minutes, was handed my order and I left, to get home and find out the pizza that was ready when I got there was wrong and the one I waited on was scorched. The front counter female offered a 20oz. soda for my wait, before I left. I think I deserve my money back after what I saw at home.

My pizza was terribly made. I called back and they said they would only bring me a new one if they took the original pizza back (which doesn’t make sense because you can’t resell it smh) plus I had already thrown it in the trash. I took a picture before throwing it out and said I could show it to the delivery driver but she said no and made me text the picture to somebody’s number. That’s shouldn’t even be a thing. Sauce was piled up on parts of it and the pepperoni wasn’t even really on the pizza! An hour later still no replacement pizza so I called and they said they didn’t have delivery drivers. Asked for a refund because I don’t even want a new one at this point.

I rarely ever leave reviews for any kind of place, but I have to make an exception for this Domino’s. I ordered three times, and every single time there was an issue with my order. The first time, they never delivered it and when we called the first time after 45 minutes, we were disconnected after several minutes on hold. We called back after 1hr and 20 minutes, and we were connected to the franchise. The worker asked “an old man didn’t deliver that a while ago?”. They remade the order and it was delivered an hour later. The second time I ordered, they took double the delivery time. The third time, it was being “prepared” for an hour, I called after 60 minutes and they said they only had two workers but more people were coming in and they were making my order now. It’s been another hour now it said it was out for delivery 40 minutes (the store is less than 10 minutes away from my location) and I have yet to receive any communication. I’ve called twice and I’ve been on hold for 10 minutes now. I honestly suspect this is an issue with management because every time I call and actually manage to get through to an employee, they apologize and say they don’t have enough workers/drivers. They should really take less orders or close down if they can’t provide customers with a warning before they place their order about wait times and worker shortages. It’s so frustrating and I will literally never order from this place again. The reviews on Yelp are worse than on Google by the way. The food was decent once it arrived, but it was definitely not worth the wait and frustrating customer service by any means.
