I don’t go there very often.. Love their sauce though and their toppings are cut bigger which I love. The way I like my pizza, that they don’t do, is put sauce and toppings as close to the edge as possible. I don’t like dry crust, but that is just me.

Havent been here for over a year my wife always wanted Papa Johns. I finally convinced her to try this place out and she did not regret it, no more Papa Johns for us we are glad to be back! Very DELICIOUS pizza and great service!

Last minute dinner idea, I called Marco’s ( website said “online ordering closed, please call to place your order.” I called and asked to place an order for delivery, please and was “greeted” with “WE DO NOT DO DELIVERY HERE SO YOU’LL HAVE TO ORDER ELSEWHERE!” Even if this was the last pizza place in Elkhart, I would never order anything or try ever again. I told him kindly that online it does state they deliver, and his customer service could also use some work and then hung up. I don’t care how poorly staffed these places are, customer service is where your money comes in… think about that next time you greet a customer with an unwilling attitude.

So Ive had their food before and we really liked it but honestly when there’s so many competitors you really need to hire more people and get it together. Also customer service. We ordered and expected our order to come in like 7:20. Called..got so much attitude like it’s my fault and that it’s coming 40min late. Well let’s just say we probably won’t be back soon.

The store manager is rude. Told me to leave the store because I didn’t have a mask. I was attempting to pick up my online order I barley stepped foot inside and was told I would have to leave or put on a mask I replied that I have been vaccinated and didn’t have a mask. He and other employees proceeded to ignore me all while my order sat in the warmer paid for and waiting to be picked up. On my way out he rudely told me to not return. I assure you that will not be an issue. Huey is his name he apparently is store manager. During all of that I look over at the waiting table’s at the front of the store and see employees sitting with sauce tubs filling pizza sauce dipping containers outside of a food prep area. Huey… Needs evaluation..

We got their new pizzas in a box that are crustless!! They were amazing, staff friendly— order made right and on time. Loved them delicious 10/10. Perfect for our gluten allergies and keto diet. We will be back for sure.

This pizza was awesome! We got the all vegetable specialty pizza. The crust was perfectly baked. It was not greasy. And I didnt have heartburn afterward from the sauce. We will be frequenting here more often.

Wonderful!! The staff members here are AMAZING. Very friendly and courteous, even when they are busy. The pizza is delicious (gluten free version) and everyone else loved the regular version, as well. This is definitely our new GO TO pizza place <3 Thanks Marcos Elkhart!!!

Horrible customer service!!!! They messed up my order had to drive all the way back to get it fixed. Was told i would get a full refund and have not gotten it. Seems like they like to blame everyone else for their mistakes. Will not ever come back to this place again. You uave list a long time customer.
