The worst experience ever! Waited an hour with no refills on drinks got my burger with no lettuce no tomatoes no mayo no ketchup nothing my dad didn’t get his toast with his omelet and it wasn’t cooked in the grill as he had asked…we used to be regular customers but due to the decline of service I don’t see us coming back anytime soon. Try keeping a 7 year old clean while eating a strawberry waffle with no knife!

The food that we got was great!The service was not so much.I ordered a breakfast sandwich that came with hash browns, but they were out.The server offered french fries instead and I accepted.When we got the order, there were no fries. I asked the server and she told me I didn’t order fries. I honestly would have been fine if she didn’t have an attitude and would have apologized

Extremely slow for only having put in 4 orders for our table. The other people in the restaurant already had food. Customer service was OK, a little awkward but, adequate. Food was….. Palatable? The eggs were good, the turkey sausage was dry but had good flavor, and the regular pancakes were the worst part. They were sour and left a horrible taste and sensation in the mouth. Didn’t even finish them. Tried to get the taste out with gum but that made it worse, it lasted for a good hour and a half. Not saying I wouldn’t go back but wouldn’t entirely avoid it in a pinch. Will get something different next time if I decide to give it another shot.

Management must be horrendous. Only one server and one cook on Saturday evening. Arrived about 7:10. Finally received drinks around 7:25. Poor server already looked like he had been run ragged. Got our food around 7:40. Had difficulty obtaining refills with the server being as busy as he was. I will be making the little extra drive to Waffle House next time; it really isn’t that much farther. Again, nothing against the quality of the service I got (when I finally got it), but one guy serving the whole restaurant on a Saturday evening is unacceptable. Management needs to be changed.

So today we went to this location for a family breakfast. After a few minutes a waitress came to take our drinks and was extremely rude bout it. About 10 minutes later another lady came by and ask if anyone had helped us because we were in a spot where no one could really see us. A few minutes later the waitress came by with our drinks and ask to take our order. The first thing out of her mouth was “Is this altogether or on separate checks?” I could understand if we were all adults but this is a family with 2 children not to mention she was still being very rude. Are they suppose to pay for their own food? I told her what I wanted. She then barks “next”. My daughter tells her what she wants and again ”next”. My son talks low and fussing “you need to speak louder I can’t hear you” rudely at a child that hasn’t done anything wrong. My husband starts to tell her what he wants and she cuts him off and goes back to my son because apparently me pointing to what he wanted on the menu wasn’t enough to tell her what my son had wanted. Then she just turns and walks away without taking the rest of my husband’s order. Then proceeded to immediately get on the phone. I’m like seriously? So I go to the counter to complain only to find out our extremely rude waitress was the manager. So I waited for her to get off the phone. I asked her if we did anything to offend her. She said “ what I took your order”. I told her she has been rude with us from the beginning. She didn’t even take all of my husband’s order. She picked up the phone and said “ I’ll have to call you back.” She walks back over there and proceeds to name off everything we ordered. She then looks at my husband and says “ you ordered the stuffed hash browns what else did you want?”. He told her that he wanted his eggs over easy instead of scrambled and he wanted a side of bacon. “Is that it”. By then we had about had it and my husband said he is done and we are leaving. She then huffed and said “Fine” I understand people have bad days but don’t take it out on your customers. Managers are suppose to lead by example. This woman should not be a manager.

Not really happy with the service they seem to lack the ability to pay attention. They put onions on my sandwich after being told to hold the onions and the meal took 35 min to get out to me. This to me seems like to much time to get a order prepared and out to the customer. Overall its a friendly environment with decent service. Hope to have a better exsperience next time.

I don’t understand why people are giving this place 5 stars. Service just straight up sucks at this location. Been going to this place for years. It is the same each time. Don’t know why my wife insists on eating here. Oh yeah, cheap food. But, that doesn’t mean the service should do horrible. Each time we visited we end up waiting for 10-15 minute to even be acknowledged. Even if they aren’t busy. There seems to be a moral issue at this place. Each time it appears that the staff is angry or not wanting to be at work. Food is still good. But rude and service has to stop. Last time none of the tables were wiped off. Had to wipe it off myself. Piss poor service at this location of huddle house. Owners needs to look into this as quickly as possible.

BEWARE!! My husband and I travel a lot between Farmville and Clinton. We had talked about stopping here for breakfast many times. When we did stop and looked at the menu, we commented on how good the food on menu looked and actually discussed stopping regularly in the future if the food was good. A nice young lady came to our table after a few minutes and took our drink order. She told me we had come at just the right time, because the rush crowd was over. I told her we knew what we wanted, but she would not take my order. She commented that the other waitress would take my order. After a few “more” minutes the “other” waitress took our order. We watched 2 families and another person come in after us, order, and receive their food. The 1st waitress passed my empty glass on the edge of the table at least 5+ times to bring additional items to the other families right behind us and not one time asked if we needed anything. In fact, no one ever came back to us. Finally after waiting 40 mins from the time we ordered and watching 3 groups that came in after us finishing their food, I got up and approached the waitress. I was told the food was coming up. I asked for a reason and was not given a satisfactory answer. Unfortunately we will not go back due to such horrible, horrible service.

Chef salad was fantastic. The line cook was very understanding when I was on the verge of tears trying to get my grandson and girls a bite to eat.. We were traveling back to our home town from evacuating hurricane Florence, it was their curfew time and they took the time to cook something quick for my kids and grandson. The food and service was good.
