I have never been one to publicly announce any issues relating to my meal but receiving a cold burger is 1 thing & biting into a 1/2 burnt patty is another. I don’t seem to understand why my order took so long if it was simply going to be Cold & 1/2 burnt. My experience this evening was not an enjoyable one maybe if those kids would get off there DAM! phone and stop fulling around they could have provided my GF and I with actual customer service. Whopper Jrs. were ok. Not great but not bad either. The request for extra mayo was handled well. Staff at the drive-up window was scrolling through her phone all the while handling the card transaction. Just what you want to see to affirm you’re not that important as a customer. Staff person was terse, “here’s your order” terse. And back scrolling through here phone before I pulled away from the drive-up window.

Pulled up to the drive through at 5pm and was rudely told that my order cannot be taken (Third time this has happened). Wasn’t given a reason at all, even when I asked why. The drive through attendant was extremely rude EVERY time I’ve tried to eat here. If this burger king doesn’t serve food- THEN WHY is it still open at all?… I’d say this is horrible customer service- BUT there is NOT any real service to begin with at this location.

I rarely give one star reviews, but this location consistently and diligently earns it. Almost always encounter rude staff and rarely get what we order. When we point out we didn’t get what we ordered, we’re treated like it’s the biggest inconvenience to the staff.
